+ -1 moreTerrible experience. Started the job late. Did not pull the permit until 3 months after job was done. Costing us reinspection fees and major delays. Unit was installed incorrectly. Furnace pilot light did not function. After they were paid they were very rude. Worst experience I have ever had with a plumber. 0 stars

They failed to pull permits for the gas line replacement, told me it was my job to ask them to do that, charged a very high price, refused several requests for a breakdown of costs by hours, materials, etc., tried to evade responsibility for punching a hole in my sprinkler system, lied to me about permits they had pulled, and lied to me on other occasions, as well. They probably do adequate work, but I will never know because the hole was filled up before an inspector could come and make that determination. Also, the price was VERY HIGH.
Description of Work: Replaced a gas line from the house to the meter. Replaced portion of sewage line under home. Performed video test on sewage line to middle of street. Cleaned out blocked sewage line. Repaired a broken faucet.
