I am a very satisfied customer. I would hire them again. I had a major redo of a spanish tile roof as well as a flat roof repair and reseal. The workers showed up early if not, on time and got the job done as soon as possible. Everything was taken care of from getting permits as well as scheduling the inspections. The lead guy(Engels Maldonado) was always available and showed up to the worksite quite often. He explained every thing that needed to be done and took before and after pictures to compare. It may sound trivial, but what impressed me most was they cleaned up after themselves and even picked up all the roofing nails that would have likely flattened my tires if I ran over one. This company backs up their job with a warranty and I can attest that they honor it. There was a leak that we noticed after a day of rain couple months after they finished. Crew was sent out immediately and it was repaired to satisfaction at no charge just in time before the next rainstorm. The cost of the service was fair. I could have gone with a company that offered a lower estimate, but EZ Roofing was highly recommended by a contractor friend. It was well worth paying a little extra for a job well done. It's not very often these days to deal with a company where everyone working takes pride in their job.
