EZ Moving in LA

For your own safety and peace of mind please do not use this company. Last night this owner called me OVER 100 TIMES at 10pm on a Saturday night. (Probably would have continued if my phone didn't go on DND) I wish I was exaggerating. This isn't even an isolated incident as he's repeatedly done this. I'm not sure who in their right mind would do this but it doesn't seem like he's all there. Instead of addressing me as an appropriate business would when dealing with an unsatisfied client, he's stalking and harassing me. Thank god I've since moved otherwise I'm sure he'd be showing up at my door next. He even called my boyfriend and yelled at him calling him a c***sucker, a mother***er, among other things. You do not want to be doing business with someone as unhinged as him. As for the reason for this harassment, I had an issue with them overcharging me by several hours over the quote, and they took so long that me and my female friend were forced to do the majority of the unloading because we were told they wouldn't be done until 11pm. She and I were running up and down the stairs with boxes and we completed it within an hour yet I was still charged for 4+ hours. Not to mention how long they took to actually load up the truck when the only things that were being moved were packed up boxes, a small dining table, a desk, a bookcase, and two dressers. It wasn't even a complete one bedroom and they took as long as it would for a 2 bedroom. I tried to negotiate a reasonable solution but instead of responding, he is maliciously calling over and over again in the middle of the night. **these are not repeated photos. This is legitimately how much he called me.

It was actually the second time using them. They were great.

The service was great. The worker were fantastic, 100 %.

The move went wonderfully. Roman and his men were on-time, friendly, quick but careful and very aware of the health precautions these days. One of his men would have stayed to help clean but I ran out of time. Thank you gentlemen, I will call EZ Moving again and pass them to friends

They were really well. Their service was excellent. They made it easy. They met the timeline. They were patient with our direction. They worked on our needs. The manager was excellent. May God bless their company.

Amazing! They were so helpful, very efficient and also kind. Loved how punctual they were and happy to help with all our needs. I will absolutely hire them for any future moving needs and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!
