Description of Work: Nick came for the estimate on time. He's a very nice guy, and I would totally trust him in my house while I was at work. The same for the guys on his crew who I met. He sent me the bid by e-mail, and I appreciated the fact it listed prices for goods and services in sections--others were briefer and more vague. I didn't hire him only because I needed a lower price. If I'd had the money, I would have hired him and not looked further.

Description of Work: I have a patio roof that leaks and I asked what he suggested, and he said this isn't in his scope of work. He was very nice, came on time and seemed fairly knowledgeable and professional. He said he'd rather tell me the truth and tell me he couldn't do it, than lying and saying that he could. He gave me the names of four other roofers to try.
