This company provides really bad service. Almost immediately after the initial Bed Bugs Heat treatment we started experiencing service issues with the company: · There have been no monitoring devices set up as specified in the agreement. · It?s been very difficult to get a follow up inspection and sanitation report. · It?s been difficult for us to get a sanitation report and there have been little post treatment instructions provided to tenants. In addition to not doing a good job and not installing monitoring devices set up to date, the follow up inspection has been a no-show twice. These no-shows have been combined with complete lack of communication from your company about technician not able to come. Therefore I misinformed my tenants with no advanced communication about cancellation. When a post-treatment inspection was finally performed, we saw bed bugs again, I couldn't get a sanitation report from this company to aid me in getting the tenants to clean up. We were told that due to computer related issues we can?t get it, but when we finally received on 10/02/2015, it was handwritten on a standard form. Their fax is not working. The people at the office is simply rude. Save yourself time and money - do not used them.

We are very sympathetic to customer’s complaints. We dislike it when a person does not disclose important information about a job so we can set the correct course of action to solve it and give great customer service. Usually when we have issues with tenants or owners, it can easily be solved. It all stems down to disclosure, disclosure, and disclosure. According to the dictionary: What is a “disclosure”? What is a “revelation”? 1. the act or an instance of disclosing; exposure; revelation. 2. that which is disclosed; a revelation. 1. the act of revealing or disclosing; disclosure. 2. something revealed or disclosed, especially a striking disclosure, as of something not before realized. When a potential customer calls to inquire information from #ExcellencePestandTermites, we want to give them the best information upfront based on the information they give us. That way they can make a financial decision before we go out to do an inspection or job. Wouldn’t you agree that’s the best way to do business? We all do it. Call to get estimates. What can you do when the inquirer does not disclose important information? This is the case right here. Example, it’s like when a manager calls about #roaches in the garbage bin and they want to know why because the tenants sent them pictures of #roaches running around just after you sprayed the common areas. But of course you’re going to see roaches, etc. run to find a new hang out location. Who can you blame? It’s a half disclosed scenario. 1. The garbage bin is filthy beyond belief; 2.the trash bin is too small for the 8 unit building the owner needs two bins, 3. The tenants throw raw meat, spoiled vegetable and left overs without being in a tied trash bag, 4. The bin has never been cleaned by their maintenance crew. When excellence pest and termites do a #heat job, we must set up monitor devices. We write sanitation reports about the inspection of your #bed bugs condition of the unit, and we give recommendation for the house or unit. We give a checklist for the #HeatTreatment to the owner and or the tenant on requirements to prepare for the #HeatTreatment that must be signed Note that we’ve added extra warranties and made extra service stops to your unit in question. Note that #4 of your contract states the customer obligations to (not reinfest) or to (maintain the premises) after services has not been as instructed in the agreement voids the service agreement Owner did not disclose that the unit is rented out as a boarding room and have three to four tenants living in the rental unit The course of treatment was not effective because of not disclosing the true conditions of the living area that was hidden from us.
