+ -1 moreThey said that they took credit cards, then came to my home and after 5 tries on my card they told me I had no funds when I pretty much new that there was money. I told them that their machine wasn't working, I even double checked my card to see if there were funds available and there was a $5,000 credit line but Ernesto still didn't want to believe me so they took back the couch in their van and left. I was so enraged and disturbed that ended going to the bank and pulling cash out. I called them back so I could have my couch back, i gave them the money and they left. Next day I had five charges on my credit card that I had to report as criminal to my credit card company. I will never work with this guy again, it's not trusthworthy, an upholstery job shouldn't be such a horrible experience. Stay away.

+ -1 moreThe company was prompt in arriving to give me a quote which was very reasonable. The re-sizing work turned out perfectly.....everything fit exactly. The slip cover work was outstanding....this is probably their area of expertise. The reason I rate the upholstery work as good rather than outstanding is because of the pattern matching. The stripes matched on the front and back of the piece but not on the sides. I am picky and expect the sides to be matched as much as possible. The other pieces which had "no match" fabric were fine.
Description of Work: re-sized and then reupholstered a piano bench; made a slip cover for the piano bench reupholstered a love seat and made matching throw pillows re-sized and then reupholstered 2 ottomans

+ -1 moreI THINK HE WAS GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM. THEY PICKED UP AND DELIVERED WHICH IS STANDARD AND IT CAME BACK IN ONE PIECE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE AND ALSO QUICK NOT LIKE WEEKS AT A TIME.
Description of Work: THEY REUPHOLSTERED A SIX CUSHION SOFA, A WING CHAIR AND A CUSHION.
