+ -1 moreI've been involved with Erik 3 times. Each time he was immediately responsive (i.e next day or same day) and he was very helpful. This time he changed the exterior locks of the house and gate, and provided the right kind of keys so that one vendor can only open the front gate, someone else can open the gate and the office, another key opens certain different locks, and a different key is the master. On a different occasion, he re-keyed a lock for a lockout situation. Friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: Changed all locks for a new house with many doors. Very responsive.

+ -1 moreIt went great. First, Eric came over, looked at all my knobs and locks, talked to me about what we needed done, and offered his opinion on how best to get it done. He told me what to buy, and I bought them online for much less than what he would have been able to sell them to me for. When I received the knobs and locks, it turned out that one of the ones I had gotten was wrong. He switched it out for the correct kind and didn't charge me more for it. He replaced everything and he spray painted the one for the front door to match the trim that was already there. It looks very good now. He definitely knows what he's doing and is a very personable and helpful guy. I will absolutely call him again the next time I need a locksmith's services.
Description of Work: Eric advised me on what kind of doorknobs and locks to buy (pointing out that I could buy them from him, but it would be cheaper to buy them on my own), spray painted them for me (this sounds tacky but it was necessary to match our weird old-fashioned front door!), and replaced the knobs and deadbolt locks on four different doors throughout the house.

+ -1 moreLocksmith was quick, efficient and very reasonable . I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Inadvertently locked myself out of the house. one of my neighbors recommended him and made the call for me. He was able to pick the lock open in just a couple of minutes. All the other locksmiths I've called before never even tried that.... They just drilled the locks out, replaced them and then charged me big bucks ....what a ripoff!
