We purchased a Groupon deal for $89 ($225 value) for housecleaning for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. They did an INCREDIBLE job!!!! Our house has never been this clean. Kevin was very professional & flexible in handling the scheduling. Domingo and his crew were professional, friendly, fast, and incredibly thorough. Our appliances were still shining even a week later! We were able to afford this company because of the Groupon discount. Sadly, we can't afford the regular the price.

They sent three people, and charged by the hour. They did a thorough job, but it took forever and it was far too expensive.

I've been through a couple housecleaning services because of quality or other problems (e.g., stolen items). I found this service through internet research of reviews (not Angie's list). At first, dealing with the owner, Rose, was very pleasant and reassuring. Although there was a glitch on their end and they missed the first scheduled cleaning because they took my phone number down incorrectly and couldn't get in touch with me, I tried again because they were so apologetic and eager to make it up. The cleaning crew of 4 arrived on time with a supervisor who was there for the first cleaning only. The crew was thorough and I liked the results. The problem started when I tried to schedule the regular cleanings every 3 weeks after that. I called Rose whom I had dealt with in the beginning, but she had her assistant call me back instead the next day. I asked the asst. about the cost for regular cleanings going forward and I was told that it was more than the first, deeper cleaning ($200). I was puzzled so I asked for the reasoning, but she was just relaying info. so I had to call the owner and leave her the same detailed message inquiring about the cost. The assistant called me back again the next day and tried to schedule a cleaning when I hadn't heard back yet about the cost (apparently the owner had told her to schedule me or something). Anyway, I called them back again and by the time I got the owner on the phone (finally!), it was 4 days after my initial call to her. She told me that my home was too far (Westside) to justify sending her crew out to me from Santa Ana without charging me more (not that they didn't know where I lived before they came out!). That's really all I needed to hear from the beginning and I would've honestly probably stayed with them since the cost wasn't that much higher, but her attitude (she actually said, "Live and learn!" to me instead of apologizing for the increase in cost from the original quote) and her relegating my calls/business to her assistant repeatedly after my detailed request to speak with her about this issue led me to cancel any future cleanings (which I think is what she wanted anyway because it was too much trouble for her). In all fairness, they did a good job, and I probably wouldn't have had a problem if it weren't for where I lived, but their lack of thoughtful planning cost me trouble and time.
