The service was really well, the came out quickly and they fixed the dryer quickly.

I've had Sam come out twice - once for my dryer door (my then-5-year-old son had been sitting on it) and once for my washing machine. Both times he was very thorough, ensuring that I understood what had gone wrong, and making sure that the problem was fully corrected before he left. Great work.

Went well. They had all the proper tools to get the job done efficiently, and it was obvious they had done this many times before.

Peter was able to come within an hour of my call, he evaluated the problem quickly and had the replacement parts on hand. He was lovely to chat with, really personable, and worked so quickly even on a miserably hot day and within a workspace that was way too small to be ideal. Called on the weekend when my washer suddenly stopped working. He came within 2 hours and fixed the problem without any additional expense other than a service call. He was fair and honest and very professional. I would use again and would refer to my friends.

My three year old Frigidaire oven stopped working suddenly. The stove top was fine but the oven wouldn't ignite. Sam called me back a few hours after I left a message on their answering machine and set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived promptly within the three hour window and called first to let me know he was on his way. He carefully checked all of the possible things that could be keeping the oven from starting before concluding that it was definitely a faulty circuit board. He ordered the part and came back two days later to install it. I'm very happy with the work performed and would use Eagle Rock Appliances again in a heartbeat.

Peter Boghosian did a quick and efficient job.When I described the problem on the phone he was honest and said he would have to look at the problem to be sure he could repair the appliances. His service charge was standard $70 which was applied to the cost of repair.

Peter was punctual and checked on the dryer immediately. He explained all the problems, gave me a QUOTE and then fixed it. He did an excellant job and was very professional. I definitely recommend this service and I would use this service again.

My clothes dryer stopped working when the drum would not turn. I called Eagle Rock Appliances and left a voicemail message. My call was returned within a reasonable time the same morning. I spoke to Sam. We scheduled an appointment at my convenience. On the day of the appointment, he called a few minutes ahead of schedule to say he was on his way and let me know to expect him. He arrived on time and called again to let me know he was parked in front of the house. I directed him to move his vehicle to the alley behind the house for more convenient access to my laundry area. He tested the machine and advised me that he would need to take the machine apart to be sure what was causing the problem, and he asked for my permission before proceeding. He then opened the machine and found a piece of cloth that was caught in the air intake. He removed that, and then checked the rest of the wheels to make sure nothing else was wrong. He reassembled the machine and tested it to be sure it was working again. He left everything clean and tidy and in working order. He was professional, quick, and courteous throughout the visit. I would hire him again.

I phoned Peter early in the afternoon and he promptly returned my call to set up a repair time. He showed up within the hour to repair the refrigerator and gave me a very fair price. He was wonderfully polite. I highly recommend him.

Based on his responsiveness and referral to an equally good provider, I would definitely call again for appliance repairs.

When I woke up Saturday and found all the food in my fridge was warm, I panicked. I hit Angie's list hoping to find someone who might be open and free that day. I left a message around 9am and received a call back at 10. Peter said he'd be able to come by a few hours later and at 1pm there he was. He explained the various things it might be and ran through a few tests of each part. He explained the repair process and what was going wrong with our fridge. Peter ended up replacing the computer with a used computer he had removed from another fridge with external damage. He explained that it might not work, but what we should look for in the coming weeks. He was prompt and provided throughout (and not too technical) explanations of the work. I highly recommend him.

Peter appeared at my house a few hours after my initial call for service. He was friendly and super good at trouble-shooting and seemed very vested in providing great service and fixing the problems I described. His price was reasonable and when he left I felt really grateful to have found Eagle Rock Appliances and someone so respectful of my vintage oven.

We've used him couple of times and he's very reasonable. It was pretty major and he was able to fix that and it's running. He's very friendly and we are very impressed with him.

I'm so glad I called this vendor. My son had recommended him (he repaired his stove and refrigerator) and he is local. He returned my call in a timely manner. We were able to set up a same day appt. He came out punctually. He determined that the problem was the belt. He did inspect the rest of the dryer to determine what the cause was. He didn't have the belt in stock so he ordered it. He said it would take 2 days. On the second day he called me to let me know it had come in and to set up a time. Again, we were able to schedule a same day appt. His price is very reasonable compared to other vendors in the area. I would recommend him and plan to call him if I have any other appliance problems.

Peter returned calls promptly and made an appt. with me within a week of initial call. Day of appt. , he was prompt, polite, did what needed to be done, gave good advise and was on his way. I will recommend him to anyone with an old or new stove. I will also use him again to service all my appliances.

Replaced 2 malfunctioning oven igniters in my older Viking . Sam came the day I called him. He had diagnosed the problem over the phone and came with the new parts.

Sam is the man!!! He came out the same day I called him and fixed my washing machine. My first phone conversation he asked specific questions. Once he arrived he tested the machine to "rule in or out" things that it might be and then he to fixed it! It doesn't get much better than that! I highly recommend Eagle Rock Appliances if you want the job done correctly and at reasonable price!

Peter quickly responded to my call and came to my home promptly. He not only replaced the ignition part but diagnosed another potential problem (the vent wasn't hooked up inside the machine and the mechanics were full of lint - a major fire hazard!). He vacuumed the lint out of the works and then not only hooked up the vent correctly but installed a screw so that it wouldn't come loose again. He was sweet and courteous and the price was right.

We had a small stream of water dribbling from the door of our front loading washing machine down to the floor. I called Eagle Rock Appliances and left a message. An hour or so later, Peter Boghosian called me back and walked me through some very simple trouble shooting and explained the solution. No charge. My wife and I tried the fix out and the problem was solved. An extremely pleasant and professional experience. We were both really impressed and the next time something goes wrong with a large appliance he is definitely our first call.

He explained exactly what the problem was, what was needed to fix it, how long it would take and the cost.. He was very professional.

The repairman Sam was on time and had the part needed for the repair work.
