Danny was great, knowledgeable, and courteous. He installed new locks and ensured door framing was properly aligned. I would definitely hire again.

Eagle was extremely quick to show up. 10 minutes to be exact. They said it was a 60 dollar service call to come over. Now that is high for a minor thing in my opinion. For example, as you know, appliance repair places charge about 30.00 for call outs - but I was really wanting to have this taken care of fast so I agreed. The guy showed up and took out a small tool from his truck and had the thing fixed in less than 3 minutes, no exaggeration. I was impressed and happy to have my door and my day back so I quickly wrote a check for 60.00. He said, 'No. No. 60.00 is just the call-out fee. The fee for the work is 80.00' I groaned a little bit and said, 'So 80.00 total?' He said, "No, the 80.00 is for the work.' The total is 140.00. I was speechless. I felt so insulted and taken advantage of. Only after I threatened him with bad Yelp and Angie's list reviews did he knock the total down to 110.00. But yes, here I am because that is not right. Check my other reviews, I don't talk like this ever. Shame on them.

Steve has always come very promptly, sometimes immediately after calling him. He is knowledgeable and thorough, and always discusses the various options for how to install or repair something. His prices seem fair and reasonable.
