Description of Work: I used the services of E and R Computers about a couple of months ago. My computer used to close all the time. So, I had the computer guy check the hardware and the software to see if he could make it run better and he did.

+ -1 moreRoss Arrived 15 minutes early and called from his car to see if it was ok if he came early. He spent about 15 minutes looking at everything. He then told me how long it was going to take to fix and how much it would be. After the quoted time came and went, and he was still not done, he let me know what was going on, and why it was going to take longer. He did not charge me for any additional time even though he spent an extra 90 minutes longer. He then followed up with a phone call a week later to see if everything was still working correctly. I have referred him to many friends and co-workers. My computer has never worked better, I have software installed by Ross that protects me from virus's spy ware and if I ever have a question I know I can call him and he will know the answer.
Description of Work: We had a computer running slow, had been setup incorrectly with 2 partitions for some unknown reason. A printer that would work sometimes but not always and an iPod that would not sync. It was a real mess.
