Description of Work: Canit remember the exact amount spent with this upholster, we did multiple pieces over a six months period. The shop is a mess, but the quality of their work is quite good considering the very low price. Biggest negative, not super reliable on completion dates, though the priced makes up for it. They are very nice and appreciative, though do not be surprised by the location and the shop, hardworking people who never seem to worry less about straightening up their work space than gettig the work out the door.

Description of Work: Ernie and John took a couple of tries to get ahold of, but once we got the ball rolling, the project went very quickly and smoothly. Picked up my chaise lounge and delivered on time and as promised. Attention to detail was excellent- even piped it when I forgot to request. Price was fair and service was kind. I will be taking my next projects to them.

+ -1 moreThey were friendly and easy to work with. They sewed the cushion right on the spot which was amazing. It seemed a little expensive but I cant complain too much since I walked in and out in 20 minutes.
Description of Work: Re-stitched an outdoor cushion on the seam that opened up.

+ -1 moreA very easy and friendly transaction. Everyone was professional and patient, making sure that they understood exactly what we wanted. The work turned out exactly how we had imagined it, and the quality is extremely high. And the turnaround was only a week!
Description of Work: Recovered very old wingback chair with muslin, burlap and a vintage Persian rug. Replaced old cushions and all foam.

+ -1 moreI contacted the company and sent them email pictures of my kitchen booth needing recovering. They never returned my call or gave me an estimate. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I contacted the company about a kitchen booth that I wanted recovered and they asked me to email pictures of it which I did. I NEVER heard from them again. Instead I called another upholsterer who did the job to my satisfaction.I definitely would NOT recommend E&L A1 upholstery as they did not have the courtesy to call me back with a price for the job or any other followup.
