Victor, the owner of Dynamic Hardwood Flooring was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the reasonable pricing, his guidance with choosing material, and his personal involvement with the installation. He began the project right away with the removal of our old, carpet and completed the job in less than a week. Our large 2 story home was beautifully finished with wood floors throughout - and super clean at completion of the job. I thank Victor for his excellent workmanship and courtesy. The owner Victor came by to give me an estimate which was reasonably priced he seemed professional and friendly, I scheduled the work to be done in the next week called to remind him of the job 2 days prior The agreed time came and went Called him and was told he’s in the middle of a job he’d call me back in and hour 3 hours later gave him another call NO RESPONSE then called him the next day NO RESPONSE send him a text NO RESPONSE totally unprofessional. I hate giving bad reviews BEWARE

We originally contacted this company to refinish the hardwood floors of our new home. The estimate they gave us was very competitive, so we hired them. However, once Victor began to pull up the carpet, he had to give us the bad news that the floors were so badly damaged, that he would basically need to replace everything. We met him for an emergency walk-through, and he was very patient and honest with us about the condition of the floors. He gave us several different alternative flooring options and was great about explaining the differences between them. There was no high pressure sale, he genuinely wanted us to choose something that we would be happy with for the next 20 years. We ended up choosing a high end waterproof laminate and I am SO GLAD that we did! Not only is it beautiful, but it's durable and we need that for a busy house full of dogs and kids! Victor and his team were extremely professional, finished the job on time, and the price they quoted us on day 1 was the price we paid! I would use them again and would recommend to anyone.
