Horribly - they flooded our house and now they refuse to take responsibility

Great experience all around. Called that morning and Patrick was there in the afternoon. He ran into some complications with the two sinks being connected somewhere down the line but he knew what he was doing and got both sinks unclogged quickly. Nice guy, great work, reasonable price, A+.

The inspector was very polite and through. He explained his work clearly and did a very smelly job with a positive attitude.

Both sinks in my kitchen were completely backed up. When I ran the disposal, it would come up on the other side of the sink. It was a total mess. Patrick was very responsive. He came over the very next morning, and cleared the problem very quickly. He also charged me very little. He's amazing.

Everything went very well from arrival to departure. They were professional, polite, and friendly. Told us what the problem was. Fixed the sinks and toilets within 30-40 minutes. They were reasonably priced. We were impressed with their service and would call them out again when there is a problem here or at our rental.

Called around 9:30 AM and plumber arrived before noon. He quickly snaked the bathtub drain, and it was all done within 30 minutes. Quick and professional, and at $55 a much better deal than some of the large companies who do drain service. I would definitely call this company again.

Yesterday evening I ran two loads of laundry and my two sons each took a shower. About 30 minutes later, my younger son asked me why I filled the tub with that "weird water." Turned out the sewer mainline was clogged and my tub and two showers were filled to the brim with wastewater (judging from the color, it looked like it was predominately from the laundry). I called a plumber, who very kindly suggested that it would probably be more economical to call a rooting service. He mentioned a few companies, among them Drainology. I looked the business up on Angie's List and saw great reviews, and that it was a small, local business (I prefer to support local businesses), so I called and left a message. Patrick called early this morning, and I scheduled a morning appointment. He arrived on time, sized up the situation, found access to the mainline and cleared out the stoppage in 45 minutes. In the process, he had to move a heavy outdoor basketball hoop (which had been planted there for years), which he moved back after the job was completed. He answered all my questions (I have no clue about pipes and drains) and showed me the cause of the stoppage (blasted ficus roots!). He seemed to be a man of few words, but I felt completely comfortable with him and trust his work.

The experience was great! Drainology had done the sewer video inspection before we closed escrow on our house and had provided a quote for the work. After we closed we contacted Patrick and then he and Mike did the work within 2 days. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I would use Drainology again.

I was very satisfied. He came out within twenty-four hours from when I called him. He came on time and was very efficient with his work.

Patrick was polite, punctual, professional and thorough. When I initially called, I was asked if I was in dire need of same-day service, as I would be accommodated.

Patrick's partner did the work, and he was very accommodating; they came on short notice and did a very nice job. He was a very pleasant guy from New Zealand (I can't remember his name off hand). I was very happy with them.

Patrick was on time and and cleaned up after he checked that the work had been done successfully. I felt the price was fair.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE ABLE TO USE VIDEO TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON UP THE LINE.
