They were not professional at all. They don't know what they are doing, especially for the roof. The opening where the doors are supposed to go are too small and won't fit the doors, even though the measurements are on the blueprints. They installed a heater and would not secure it or run a gas line to it. They didn't know how to light the pilot light on the heater and our grandkids were getting sick. He installed two tankless water heaters, but I don't feel they know how to run the piping for them. They never ran my hood exhaust, never had the faucets we needed and they said I was holding them up by not having the shower head. They forgot to put in the bracing between the old house and the new stucco, so they had to cut the new stucco to put the bracing in. We found out they were drinking our beer, using our tools, and we found tools missing.

I thought he knew what he was doing, but I know now he does not. He was putting number 14 wire supplying to a toggle switch to a light fixture and then coming off that with a 12 wire that's supplying power to a bathroom. Both outlets are not secured to the existing box or the wall; they move. They coiled the wire in the back of the outlet to the box. The electrician never satisfied me and didn't tell me the existing electrical work is not grounded. The smoke detector is supposed to be electric but is attached to the junction box. He made it a primary junction box. 90% of all outlets and toggle switches are not secured correctly to the wall or the fixture of the box.
