Joel is very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I hired him to get some pesky little bugs out of one of my kitchen table's legs (reclaimed wood from India). He took the table leg, treated it, and returned it to me. It had some powder beetles in it apparently, and Joel saved some of the dead bugs to show me what they were since I told him I was very curious about these bugs. He also shared his tricks to keep rid of moths and silverfish. I highly recommend him for any pest problems.
