 + -1 moreMy blackberry phone had been water soaked and there was no way for Verizon to retrieve my phone numbers, E mail addresses, fotos, etc., from the device to load into new phone. They suggested DIALNET to me , I called them , took my old , water logged blackberry .. in 2 days they had retrieved all data and were able to download onto my new IPHONE (I had in excess of 3000 numbers & addresses plus fotos ! amazing & a lifesaver !!!
Description of Work: retrieved all data from Blackberry (that had been drenched in tea -that Verizon had been unable to do. AND, were able to download onto my new IPHONE (I had in excess of 3000 numbers & addresses plus fotos ! amazing -- a lifesaver !!!
