Details etc. offers organizing services for residential and small business owners. Appointments are generally 4-6 hours per session and payment is due at the end of each appointment. A 10% discount is given when purchasing 12 hours of organizing time.

Cindy did such a great job with our office that we signed up again for her services to help us organize our garage. So the $1000 approx cost of the service includes BOTH our office and our garage. I would use her services again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: I got in touch with Cindy via Yelp about a month after moving to a new home. Our new home office was a mess and our furniture from our old home did not fit into our new space. Cindy came for an initial consultation so she could estimate how much time and money it would take to complete the job. Her fee was very reasonable and during our first session she wasted no time before she rolled up her sleeves and very strategically addressed all of my concerns. She went through all of the junk and paperwork in the office space, categorized everything and helped create a labeling and storage system that clearly works for all of us. Cindy was wonderful dealing with both my husband and me -- who have very different space management styles. She was very calming and diplomatic while enabling us to move forward.

The first few hours were spent going through all of my kitchen stuff and deciding what to keep and what to donate. I could not have done it without her guidance. I ended up with 2 large boxes of kitchen things ready to be donated. The rest was strategically placed in my cabinets and drawers. Cindy is very professional - she offered her opinions yet knew when listen to my concerns and make everything accessible and easy for me to work with . By the time she left I was excited to open my cabinets and drawers and see neatness and organization. It's beautiful!! If you are thinking of spending a few dollars and investing some time I would highly recommend calling Cindy at Details etc. A daunting task was made super simple and painless. I got a lot for my money and I can't wait to have Cindy start on my office.
Description of Work: I recently redid my kitchen. I had 20+ years of accumulation that needed purging and re-organization. My kitchen remodel was finished on Thursday and Cindy was here today with great ideas, a car full of cabinet organization accessories and her outstanding skills.

I sent an e-mail. In return, within an hour, I received a phone call. Cindy asked several questions about the type of work to be done. I asked if she had gift certificates, as it was a gift, and she said yes. She described how she works, called the client and made an appointment to meet with him to see if they were comfortable working together (there was no charge for this appointment). They made an appointment for the next week. She showed up exactly on time, worked on the task for number of hours hired. He made a subsequent appointment to work on clearing up more ''stuff.'' Very pleased with her and her work.
Description of Work: Help clear the clutter. Several years worth of accumulated papers, tapes, videos, etc., that needed to be sorted and organized

I chose this company from a group on the Professional Organizers website. Ms Kamm replied immediately and followed up in a day or so. She is always on time, pleasant, and she gets both me and my husband to do the work that needs to be done. If we want suggestions, she has good ones, but she's not aggressive about doing things her way. She has been a delight to have around. She even has a sense of humor. Also, as a friend pointed out, Cindy ALWAYS has ink in HER printer.
