DB Construction

We had dry rot around an exterior window frame coupled with termite damage to the adjoining casement window. We considered replacing the window but Yaniv from DB Construction stated they could restore the window. Their quote was higher than what we were expecting but figured that quality work does not come at a cheap price. They replaced a portion of the window and rebuilt it and removed and replaced the areas of dry rot around the window. When completed, they asked if everything was good, which it was not. General detail work was overlooked. Without hesitation, they sent someone back out and was at our house for another full day just taking care of the details. The final result was what we expected. Everything looked completely restored. There was a hiccup along the way, which many times there are on construction projects, but Yaniv and his crew took care of business without any fuss or drama and to our satisfaction. I would indeed recommend them.

Dave is a very busy man (deservedly so as his work is excellent). The work was completed in about three weeks plus a follow-up day for cleanup and fine tuning. It went great!

David was communicative, friendly, and honest. They completed the work in a timely manner, high quality, and a good rate. Part of the retaining wall repair included removing and reinstalling a portion of the fence. While other companies wouldn’t do it, David and his team did, and repaired the fence so that it was better than before. Would recommend.

Yaniv and crew did an excellent job on repairs to a brick retaining wall along a driveway for me. They matched the brick perfectly! I highly recommend them to anyone looking on completing any type of brick work.

DB Construction did a great job rewiring my basement and garage while adding sub panel and electric car charger. It was a tricky job which they executed well and they did it in a timely manner. I will hire them again.

David helped us with a full remodel of our first home including addition of a master bedroom and bath, full kitchen remodel, backyard landscaping with gas fire pit, custom woodwork and so much more. He has great relationships with city inspectors and knows regulations like the back of his hand - this makes getting your project approved and completed far easier than with less experienced contractors. He has exceptional carpenters on his team who built us custom cabinets, arched wood windows, doors and gorgeous vanities at a fraction of the cost of buying them from a manufacturer. And if unforeseen issues arise, he doesn’t nickel and dime you like many contractors do. He stays true to his price and will often even throw in little extras free of charge. He cares a lot about his clients. We’ve now hired him for construction of an ADU at our new home and once again are thrilled with the progress. Thank you, David!

We had to rebuild the outside stairs on our duplex and, though it took longer than expected, they did a fabulous job! We’re very pleased.

Excellent work! Could not have gone smoother. Took care to keep my house clean as they were working. Treated my house as if it were their own. Remodeling always seems so expensive but once you understand the cost of materials and labor you realize that the job is reasonably priced. Look forward to doing business again in the near future!

I had a very challenging remodel of an older house and had very specific design and custom ideas. David with his master carpentry abilities and his own shop and access to a incredible sub contractors turned my house into an incredibly unique home that I have gotten so many compliments on. He is super user friendly and a perfectionist. highly recommend
