Description of Work: DoubleMySpeed TV ads promotes their software as significantly speeding up your computer. After runninjg a free diagnosis, they ask you to sign up for a 39+ dollar contract for a year, a part of which is actually running the software to clean up your computer and make it run faster. Don't make the same mistake I did and agree to do this. Once you agree to sign up for the service they clean up the cookies on your machine and tell you to take your machine to a tech support person to have a thorough analysis done on it to make it work faster. The tech person I spoke to said CyberDefender can't make any decisions about what software to clean up without paying them to have a technician look at your computer and actually do what their TV advertising implies will be done. If you check the Internet you will find plenty of articles about CyberDefender (DoubleMySpeed)running a scam operation.
