Legitimate review. I hired Jonathan 3 years ago to build and install a driveway gate and a fence. The gate looked beautiful but it was poorly designed. From beginning there were issues and over time the gate sagged and dragged and the lock wouldn't fit, until I was the only one who could open and close it. I even offered to pay Jonathan to come fix it or convert it into a double swing and he apparently came by without mentioning it and said he would send an estimate and then ghosted me on several texts. This week I had to hire someone else to tear out the entire gate and replace it. I am so incredibly disappointed with Jonathan; he seemed so genuine when he initially built the gate.

On time, on budget, professional demeanor and quality work.

I rarely post reviews, and do so only if I have had a particularly positive experience. I had Jonathan, and his assistant, Thomas, construct a 25 foot redwood rail/fence with cabling. They began and completed the project precisely when they said they would, left the site very clean at the end of each day, and went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. Overall, Jonathan and Thomas are extremely professional and very easy to work with. We are extremely happy with the end result and can recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation.

Never connected.

Jonathan was the most responsive among the five fencing contractors I contacted. His pricing wasn't quite the lowest, yet it was very competitive and I was very close to using his services.

The provider never contacted us after our request for a bid/consultation about a new fence. I thought Angie's List was a website that provided reliable contractors. I guess I was misinformed..
