+ -1 moreWe began remodeling the interior of four apartments in March 2012 then we moved to the exterior in August 2012. Due to a problem with my partner, Mr. Shalev and I were unable to finish the entire building. The remodeling was halted and the building is now in escrow.
Description of Work: Mr. Shalev of Constrative was hired to remodel a 13 unit apartment building that I own with a partner in Los Angeles. His pride in workmanship surpassed my expectations and his knowledge, honesty and dependability proved to be without rival. He is a credit to his profession and in this day and age, that says it all.
