+ -1 moreIt took them 10 days to tell us they couldn't help us. We dropped the computer off and they told us to expect a call from the technician that afternoon, letting us know the problem and what could be done. We didn't hear from him, and he didn't return our calls until we finally reached him by the end of the third day (Friday), and he said he would begin trying to get the data back on Monday. When we called for updates, he didn't come to the phone until the 8th day, when he said the data was almost recovered, and we should contact him in an hour. We did, but he didn't come to the phone. We finally got to speak to him on the 10th day, and he said the data was lost after all, but that he had ordered a part that would arrive on Tuesday. We called back 30 minutes later, and the part had arrived and been tested, and didn't help so the only solution was to send the computer to a lab in Texas. At this point, we picked the computer up.
Description of Work: Computer's hard drive was corrupted, and the data was lost. Company performed diagnostic procedures and attempted to recover the data.
