+ -1 moreI was in need of my data to be taken out of my old computer and put into my new one but i needed to take the old hard drive out since it was having problems extracting the data onto my external hard drive. Computer Professionals did it for me and they actually found a way to fix my old computer also which i thought was amazing because i was told it was not fixable due to water damage by other computer repair shops. Im happy with the price and they did a quick and good job.

+ -1 moreI brought them my Macbook that had a broken hinge on the screen and had a few viruses that were annoying me. They told me the hinge is hard to replace because we might have to order a new screen but they found a way to just find me a replacement hinge instead so my repair cost will be lower. On top of all that they cleaned the viruses out of my laptop and it was good as new.

+ -1 moreI had a virus and my laptop was over heating and my keyboard stopped working and i was about to buy a new laptop until they told me they could fix it. This was by far the best computer repair service i have ever gotten. A lot of people already told me to head to them so i went and now i understand why. They called me with updates and told me the price before they did anything and had it done in 2 days. I'm happy with the service i got. I will be back if i need anything again.

I took it in for them to take a look at it and they diagnosed my computer for free and found the issue and then gave me a quote on how much it would cost me to repair my computer. I was pleased with the price and service, they fixed it in 2 days and now it works like new. Thank you!

+ -1 moreI couldn't ask for a better computer repair shop. My computer would not turn on and i went to them to figure out exactly why and it turns out that my computers hard drive had a problem. I was scared because i have important company documents in my computer that were not backed up into an external hard drive. They told me no problem we will recover all your data and put it into a new hard drive for you so you can access all you old files again. Not only did they do that but they fixed my computer so it turns on and works fine now. I recommend them to anyone who needs computer repair. Thank you guys!

+ -1 moreI brought my Macbook to them because it had a virus and it didn't turn on hoping that i could get it fixed and for a good price because everywhere else i went they told me it was broken for good or that i had to buy another Macbook and it cost way too much. They took the time to diagnose the problem and let me know exactly whats wrong. They then told me they could fix it for a good price and i was happy. They called me with updates and made sure i knew what was going on with my Macbook the next day and had it done in less than 2 days. I could not of asked for a better repair, i recommend them to anyone with computer issues and i am definitely going to come back if i have any more problems. Thank you!

Most places these days fix the screens of cellphones; it's hard to come by a hardware repair specialist. Computer Professionals were professional, close by, had great parking nearby, reasonable prices, and my computer was fixed by next day for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely go back if and when I have hardware problems again.
Description of Work: Power cord would not charge laptop; I brought it in, they fixed by the next day.

+ -1 moreLiterally two days before a business trip, my laptop decided that it didn't want to boot up. I would turn it on and the light was on but nothing was on the screen. I panicked and searched online for a computer repair company. Right away, I called Computer Professionals and they were courteous and helpful. They gave me reasonable expectations over the phone and made me comfortable enough to retain them for repair services. They were prompt and accurate about when they would call me back, so I was very thankful to find a provider who follows up, even on a Saturday. I dropped off my computer with a frown. I was pretty stressed out because I have very important work documents on my computer and I couldn't afford to go without them. They told me that they would call me that same day with an estimate of charges and what it would take to fix it. Within 1 hour, they had diagnosed the issue, called me, and started the work. To me, this means that they care about their customers. They don't just let your computer sit and collect dust while you worry and worry. I appreciate the promptness and the ease of communication I had with these guys. I will use them again.
Description of Work: They pretty much saved me a whole lot of grief and headache. They fixed a problem with my laptop and made it work like it was brand new. Instead of searching for a new laptop, they were able to fix my problem without hassle.

+ -1 moreI'm a bar exam student and my computer needed reformatting. I was really stressed about this situation so I looked for a computer repair company online and found Computer Professionals. As you can imagine my computer and the information on it are extremely invaluable to me. I knew I had to pick the right company and I'm so glad I picked Computer Professionals. I needed the computer to be ready quickly. I called Computer Professionals and they told me that they do rush jobs for a reasonable rush fee. They were nice enough to provide me with updates on their progress. The very next day the computer was ready. I would like to thank their staff for being so nice to me all the while. Not only were they very knowledgeable about how to help me but they were also very professional and courteous. They came and picked up my computer since it needed repair and brought it back and installed it to work perfectly. They said they also install new computers at your home if you need it to. Good to know for the future.

They fixed my MacBook Pro with water damage, ordered new parts, installed new parts on my MacBook Pro, did a data transfer, put in a new hard drive, then helped me synchronize all my files in my home office to be able to access it from any computer.
Description of Work: My MacBook Pro has all my files on it, including my work folders, client accounts, and my tax information. 5 days before taxes were due, I spilled water all over my MacBook Pro, and started looking for a MacBook Pro repair store to take it to. I saw on Angie's that Computer Professionals were a few blocks away from me and decided to give them a call. They said their turnaround time is between 24-48 hours, but I might need some parts for my laptop. I told them my situation and how I needed my files immediately. They told me to come in, and they would take care of me. That is exactly what Allen and Alex and Andrey did! First, they took out the hard drive from my laptop (apparently where the data is stored). Because the drive had water damage and failed, they had to do a "recovery" on it (extracting the data from the broken part and putting it on a new part). Within an hour, I had all my stuff on a rental laptop that they let me borrow! 2 days later the parts they had ordered for me arrived and they had it ready for pick up. I can not thank Computer Professionals enough for fixing my Mac, helping me with my computer repair, my data recovery, and for being there when I most needed them. You guys are life savers, and I will definitely use you for all my home office networking now too!

+ 0 moreThese guys are phenomenal. I had 2 computers in my house that were way too slow. Allen and Soufiane came over and fixed both of them. Apparently I had many viruses and spyware that were slowing down my computer. They removed all of them, backed up my files for me, and installed a new anti-virus that protected me better. I haven't had any problems since then. I now use the "Pros" for my office network too. They helped configure and build my server and are on staff for our 20+ computers and network. I highly recommend their services, as they are very professional and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Virus removal, backed-up my files, made my computer speed much faster, installed programs that I needed, fixed programs that weren't working, helped me access my work computer through my home computer. They came on-site and did everything at my place on my schedule.
