They are courteous, efficient, fast working, and professional.

Think they must be inhaling the chemicals over there because the lady I spoke with seemed on another planet. She didn't know when they worked, who worked for her or what they could do. She added at the end of the call there would be a small charge for an estimate on a $15K job. She then put me on hold for five minutes. Nothing in the call inspired confidence.

After locating this company on Angie's list, I contacted the office. I spoke to the receptionist. She was very helpful and after two conversations we were able to set a time and date for the extermination. I had to confer with my tenants and also ensure I could be on sight during the process. The serviceman arrived timely and was dressed appropriately. He was friendly and after the tenant explained their experience, he began his work and completed the process quickly. He explained the invoice and also offered to make a second visit at no charge if the problem did not improve.

He gave me a longer guarantee than anyone else. We still had a problem, and he came back to honor the guarantee.

They were excellent. They called before they came. I would use them again in the future.

I think that they are a good company and I have never had any problems with them. The owners name is Coleman Hart and I have already recommended this company to a couple friends of mine.

He was punctional and professional (nice attitude). He definitely knew what he was doing and he gave a fair price. I would recommend him to anyone for pest control work...He removed all the bees.
