Description of Work: I needed Ducts cleaned and he was very honest and told me that I didn't need it done. He said they were very clean( we just bought the house). He cleaned out the dryer vent and gave me helpful suggestions for solutions to my vents(making noises). Very thorough!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for the air duct cleaning package they were offering. I received a phone call from the office asking to schedule a time they could come out and perform the work. One of the technicians arrived and started right away with an inspection. After the inspection to make sure everything was okay, he started the cleaning and in about 1 hour was finished. Overall a good experience.

Description of Work: The provider did not have the right equipment to perform the service. Shortly after I made the purchase, I received a call from provider and he had told me that he will issue refund if he does not have right equipment. But when he came to provide service he told me to go to Angie's list to get refund. By then I was past the 30 day period and Angie's list membership services refused refund.
