+ 5 moreThe contractor lacked enough experience for a job that required foundation retrofitting and structural work. She lost essential documents (stamped building department plans, permits, cards); failed to obtain needed permits, failed to coordinate work, failed to order materials, tried to re-negotiate fixed price work, lacked experience, knowledge and skills, duplicated billings and failed to supervise or return calls from sub-contractors. Terrible experience.
Description of Work: 500 square foot addition, remodel of kitchen, installed footings, retrofit foundation, replaced plumbing and electrical, replaced windows, replaced front door, installed new HVAC system.
