CHEMOS UPHOLSTERY

Perfect. This is a couch-length cushion and it had to match the rest of the leather couch. The guys at Chemos were professional and to the point. They had a large selection of fabrics and leathers and he knew right where to go to match my leather. Took them a little over a week (for one cushion?- but they look busy) and the new cushion is now better than the older one.. I might just need to get that one done, too!

I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of work. I came to Chemo's to get two window seats made. After dropping the fabric off last week, I called Monday morning to find out if they were ready and when the man I spoke with said that they were, I told him I would be over before lunch. He replied, "actually, my supervisor has to check the work. Can you come this afternoon?" I said sure, but wondered why he had started by telling me they were ready. I ended up driving over on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived, I waited for 15 minutes while they helped other customers. Finally, a man who was not there when I originally dropped off the fabric approached and addressed me by name. He said, "Why are you here? We told you it was going to take two weeks and see, your bolt of fabric is still sitting over there." When I told him about the conversation I had the day before, he just said, "we promised two weeks." To which I repeated the phone conversation and asked to speak with the person I had spoken with. The response: "No. He's out sick." Of course. They told me to come back today (Thursday) which I did. All might have been forgiven if the cushions were well made, but just got them home and they don't fit properly. They were supposed to be two slightly different sizes (I provided the measurements for both cushions) and instead are identical, so one of them fits ok (not great) and the other doesn't fit at all. It's off by several inches. In addition, some of the seams are crooked. Terrible service. Terrible quality. Would steer clear.
