CHEM-DRY

I have used this company for years for my business (managing apartments), though understand it went through an ownership change. I needed my home carpets cleaned and had my assistant call them up. I do not beleive anyone told them it was my company calling. They showed up over 2 hours late with nothing but excuses (we had to call them and ask where they were), they overcharged my nanny, refused to take a check and demanded cash, did not both to clean the matching entry rugs (they just tossed them aside) and the carpet was so wet when they left it took almost a week to dry. This was NOT the same company I had been using. It was not even worth calling them back, I have simply taken them off my list of vendors.

It seems like everything they do is done very well and they are very conscientious about putting things back if they remember were they were, they will not even ask you, so it is very nice. It is just a good reputatble company to deal with. The price is very comparable to anything else in the area. The responsiveness is wonderful; you call to set it up and it's just a matter of days before they can begin working on whatever carpet or furniture or whatever. I have never had furniture done, just what they do with the carpeting it is very good. The people they send there do everything the way kind of you would like to be done without saying so. They are good.
