+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS OKAY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE CLEANING MY COUCHES, THEY LOOKED GREAT. BUT AFTER THEY DRIED, THERE WAS A SOAP RESIDUE LEFT BEHIND. I CALLED UP THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED & THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO REDO IT BUT THE SAME RESIDUE WAS LEFT AGAIN. SO I THINK THAT THE CLEANING SOLUTION THEY USE IS NOT THAT GREAT. ALTHOUGH I HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY I WOULD US THEM AGAIN & JUST ADVISE THEM TO USE ANOTHER TYPE OF SOLUTION, BECAUSE OVERALL THE DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: MY LOVE SEAT & SOFA NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. A FRIEND OF MINE USED THIS COMPANY & SAID THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS FINE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID MOST OF THE MOVING OF THE FURNITURE, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT CLEANING PROCESS. CARPETS DRY IN 3 HOURS AND ARE NOT STIFF WITH CHEMICAL RESIDUE. CARPETS MAINTAIN AND RESIST STAINS AND TRACKING OF DIRT. ONLY PROBLEM I FOUND IS THAT THEY HAVE A MINIMUM PURCHASE OF $85, SO BEST NOT TO USE IF ONLY CLEANING 1-2 ROOMS. THEY SEND DISCOUNT COUPONS TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS FOR AS MUCH S $15-20.
