+ -1 moreI tried calling this company for assistance with several plumbing issues. I left messages with a person and with the answering machine, and didn't get a call back until after my third call (spaced out over several weeks). At that point, I decided I couldn't rely on a company with such poor responsiveness and I did not use them.
