Cesar is an extraordinary young man, He is really good at what he does but more than that. He is a man of character, which is hard to find these days. I don't think there is a project that he can't do. He's extremely artistic. If you can image it, he can make it for you. I will be using Cesar on an ongoing basis for numerous projects in my home. Very reasonable prices as well.

This project was to Remove 5 interior hollow core doors (15 Lbs.) and Install solid core doors (45 Lbs.). I had all hardware on-site. Cesar estimated 4 to 5 hours for this project and turned into 10 Hr. job as he noted - due to me requesting 3 hinges rather than 2 for the heavy doors. He didn't Mortise (hinge cut-out into the door to help support sheer force and take weight off the screws = glad I requested 3 hinges, as he wanted to do 2 hinges and tried to talk me into going that route), the hinges, rather, screwed hinges to the side door frame and mounted. My doors function fine at this time, but, are tight when closed position. Could cause problems in Winter - we will see. Shear Force is on all screws attached to the door. He may be great at other construction areas, just not the best at door installation. I asked him what his warranty on workmanship is - 30 days !! Not good. In the end upon paying for his services, he did not understand the total, I said 9 hrs. @ $65.00 - trip to Home Depot to get a needed item to do the job. He noted that it was $75.00 hr. - Get your quote in writing folks. Another lesson learned here.

Cesar and Cesar were responsive, gave me an estimate on the work immediately, and had the flexibility, willingness, and ability to perform the work I needed done in a timely manner. I have an old home and needed to repair cracks in the ceilings and some water damage. After the repair you cannot tell there had been cracks in that area. Additionally, they do much more than drywall and plaster when it is necessary. I needed some old pipes reconfigured so that I could put a pedestal sink in the area that needed drywall repair and Cesar was able to fix those too. I found them willing to do whatever needed doing and very handy at problem solving to restore and repair all kinds of issues older homes develop. The job is still in progress and as their craftsmanship has been excellent I have asked them to do more and more. I am very pleased with the work, the price, and the people.

Cesar with Sivestre Construction had to order a Chain Link Fence from Home Depot needed for my property. We were informed that the order would take approx. 3 weeks. In the meantime he installed a wooden barrier between my driveway (which runs along the side of my house) from the front yard to the back yard for security. The minute the fence arrived at Home Depot, the job was completed within a 24 hour period of time. Excellent work!
