I told him I needed the work done as quickly as possible. He came out and started the work promptly. He told me that his father passed away that very morning out of state. He let me know after my job he would have to leave to take care of the personal matters. I was incredibly impressed with his integrity and he did excellent work.

We talked two weeks ago about what needed to be done and I sent him pictures of the job. I didn't hear from him for over five days, and then he pops up and we talk about it again. We scheduled a time for him to come out and he ultimately didn't show up. I talked to him the night before to confirm the appointment. During that time, I resent the pictures and he said he would be here at 8:30. When the morning came, he said that he wouldn't leave until I called, and when I called, he said it was too late in the morning and that he could get to me mid-day and only do half the job.

It was excellent. Very professional. Would recommend him to others.

AMAZING. Barry was so great, he really took the time to do exactly what I wanted with mounting everything perfectly onto the walls. He was very patient with me when I kept asking him to move something or when I asked him not to put his fingerprints on my paintings. I would totally recommend Barry.

advertised as handyman services but is actually a plumber...the plumbing repairs were excellent and all other work was average...

Barry came out the day I called to look at what I needed. He returned the next day and did all the work efficiently and effectively.

I contacted Berry at 9:30am on a sat and asked about installing my tv. He said he was able to do the work same day and would be at my home around noon. He was prompt and kept in contact with me. HIs work was quick, efficient, and professional. He quoted me a ball park figure by phone and the job came in under budget. He was kind and a pleasure to do business with. I will absolutely be contacting him in the future for any handyman work I may need. All in all he did a great job!!

Installed a drain pipe for a washing machine, quick, functional, professional, and personable. Would use Barry again.

The $99 deal only covers labor. I bought it because I wanted to main line on my house drained. I was told that this issues I was having were because of something else and it required me to buy $100 worth of materials. May have been cheaper to just call my plumber instead of going through Angie's List but I haven't had any issues yet so, so far so good.

He scheduled for 130pm Friday. Called to try to come Thursday, but it was inconvenient with our work schedules. Called after 130pm and said he would be 30-45 minutes late. Never called back and did not show up. We wanted him to replace a sink faucet and hang a tv in the kitchen. would have had more to do if the experience was positive.

The service I need to be done included painting and gutter work on a high ladder and Mr. Davis told me that he didn't do that kind of work. He said he is mostly a plumber by trade and although I thought I might be able to use him for that, it turns out that I can't.

I was surprised that Barry Davis does know sign language since we were deaf and the communications were wonderful! He is very professional and courtesy.. Lets me know about the pipes and the work was quick and clean. I will have him back when the sink arrives for the connections. Thanks to Barry!!!

I was never contacted by the service provider; however, I have been out-of-touch for medical reasons since the holidays so this is not really an issue. I would like to discuss scheduling a detailed consultation at the service provider's convenience.

I needed several things done at my home, namely, finish my wooded steps, re-tile my wall around my bath tub, paint my iron railing around my balcony. Mr. Barry couldn't do any of these things. This was disappointing. He said his area of expertise was plumbing work. I remembered that the my church, Macedonia Baptist, 2810 Erato St, had a problem with the toilet running constantly, so I took him there and he replaced the toilet flapper. He said the cost was $85. I emailed him the $99 voucher and that was the end of it. I still need a general handy man that can do the kinds of work I mentioned above. I still need these things done. It was good. It was a $99 coupon for $200 worth of service but I ended up paying another $175 in addition to that so it was kind of expensive. He did a good job.

He was very nice and answered my calls promptly. But then when it was time to discuss the scope of the work, he said his two hours of plumbing labor was going to be used up by the hour drive to my house.
