+ 0 moreCali Architects made sure that we got the Maximum square footage possible for the lot. Not only did they design a basement, but they also got us an extra 20% square footage by the way they designed the house. Albert Hezghiayan and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They took their time to work with us in order to achieve a very functional floor plan and once we approved it, the created 3-D renderings of what our house would actually look like. Now 9 months has passed by since our design and plans were approved and the building was prepared. The construction of our house is its final finish phases and I looks better then we thought. We recommend Cali Architect to anyone and just wanted to let you know that they are a very reliable Architecture Firm.
Description of Work: Myself and wife bought an old house in Brentwood and waned to demolish it and build our long time dream home. Since we are older now and our Children with our grand children visit us often, the design had to be spacious and accommodate for all.

They understood my concerns as home owner and how to achieve my goals. throughout the design of my house. They made sure that I was satisfied with the floor plans, and in order for me to keep up with the aesthetics of the house, they did 3-D Renderings In which allowed me to see how the house was going to look exactly before we even got the permit.
Description of Work: Mr. Albert H. and his staff helped me with the design and the Building Permit of my current house in Encino. An old house was existing in the property which had to be demolished. Cali Architects, helped me to keep my original setbacks since they were grandfathered in. Because I have 4 kids, I needed an efficient building with allot of space for my family. With their knowledge of the Building Codes, they were able to maximize the Square Footage plus a 20% bonus that not many Architects knew existed. The end results were astonishing. I got a house with 4,500 Sq. Ft. of living space with 5 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms.
