The estimate was lower than the competition so we opted to choose the company based on price. The installers were not competent in placing the cabinets into place, the stain was poorly done and overall job was not to my satisfaction. In each phase of the project, there were different employees to complete the job. I would telephone the company a number of times with no follow-up call. This included attempting communication with the blue printer, supervisors and installers. Throughout the process, no supervisory inspections were completed. The designer created a kitchen to our liking and met our needs. The price included the cabinets, hardware, pulls and knobs.

NEEDED MORE COORDINATION, LACK COMMUNICATION, BUT OVER ALL THE END RESULT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DIDN'T LET ME KNOW THEIR WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.

After getting such a great company to do our roof from Angie's' list,I got a little overconfident that other recommendations would go as well. However after first getting the estimate, we were never able to get any breakdown of costs from the Culver City agent. The workmen were usually at a disadvantage, showing up without being properly briefed on what to do. There was a brief episode a price disagreement where the company wanted to charge $475.00 extra they removed the charge after going to the main office and explaining their mistake. The job dragged on much longer than we had anticipated, and there were 8 extra doors for our small kitchen. Again no explanation of how this fit into the total cost. Checking with other people about this job too late, they were surprised we paid that much for just refacing, as we had other people do the wiring, and replaced the old kitchen ceiling ourselves. Thank goodness the workmen saved the job from being a complete disaster. Get somebody else!

We had an excellent experience. After the initial contract was prepared and signed, the blueprint person came out and we discussed the work with him. He pointed out some problems with our design, which he thought would leave us unhappy. As a result, the sales rep came out again and we re-did the plan, resulting in a substantial savings to us! The work was done in stages (demolition, building, counter top and fixture installation). All of the workers were on time, polite and patient as we asked many questions. They made modifications as needed and were very accommodating. The workers always cleaned up after themselves; you hardly knew they were there. I can't believe how great the kitchen looks now!

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. EVERY TIME THEY LEFT, THEY GRABBED A BROOM, AND THEY CLEANED UP. AS THEY WERE GOING ALONG THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS. THEY HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE DOING DIFFERENT THINGS. THEY STILL LEFT IT UP TO ME, BUT THEY ALLOWED ME TO MAKE AN INFORMATIVE DECISION. THE GUY WAS SO PLEASANT, AND SO HELPFUL. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR QUALITY WORK. I'D USE THEM AGAIN BUT I'D PROBABLY BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A LITTLE BIT BETTER.
