Description of Work: Cipriano Perez prepared the lawn for new planting of St. Augustine grass. This preparation also involved the removal of a large root system that we did not know existed in the front yard. Cipriano and his crew installed a sprinkler system, a timer, and St. Augustine sod. The quality of his work was outstanding. His has a lot of experience, came promptly (or called when he was delayed), and has addressed any issues that came up. He continues to take care of the lawn with his gardening service. I have been very pleased with his work and highly recommend his services.

I have a 1/4 acre that needed a allot of cleanup.He arrived on the specified time for the inspection and was able to start on the yard the next day.C.Perez crew did and excellent job and I have already spoke to him on some other items

Description of Work: I needed a new lawn but was having difficulty getting someone to install a small area lawn. Cipriano did not have a problem with the small job. The work was done on the schedule provided and the new lawn (sod) is doing very well.
