Just a quick update as of 9/9/11 I continue to be happier and happier with Cipriano Perez's work. I had a feeling my previous lawn and garden care was substandard, and now i am sure of it. Cipriano pays attention to the little details. He recently trimmed some palms around my pool that had become overgrown. in the bed we have two pink plastic flamingos. after a thorough cleaning , he made sure the flamingos were standing on their wire legs. my previous gardener would have left them knocked over and the legs would have disappeared. moreover, Cipriano takes the time to talk, to diagnose watering issues,. he also does the yard a section at a time and has cleaned out much trash that my previous service left behind. I recommend him highly. --- After years of declining lawn and yard care quality I decided to bite the bullet and replace my service. This has happened before and I don't like change because the replacement service eventually deteriorates and one has to change again. This time, I looked on Angie's list and Cipriano Perez stood out. We made a consultation appointment and I was very impressed. I have a large property with many sections, different plants and trees, irrigation needs, etc. He described his approach to care -- a section at a time -- and then walked the property with me pointing out what needed work. This was in stark contrast to my previous service that talked the talk but didn't walk the walk -- promising to handle issues and then forgetting, rushing through the appointment, etc. Cipriano is a smart and knowledgeable man who after only one month on the job seems to truly care about doing good work and using the correct materials. Don't let his unassuming and friendly nature fool you. He knows what he's talking about. So far he has done more in one month than my previous service did in six. When he says he's going to do something the following week, he does -- whether it's handling a problem, or just remembering that he said he'd bring some sprinkler heads to test a watering problem. I love this kind of reliability. And true to his word, he pays special attention to one section of the property a week and suddenly I'm proud of my yard. It's not mow, blow and go. He reminds me of the quality service I had when I moved into my home nearly twenty years ago, when the previous owner had a Japanese gardener (who retired a few years later, to my disappointment.) I may come back and add more to this review in a month or two. I believe it will be more of the same. Glowing. Satisfied. Happy. Also, Cipriano is reasonably priced and willing to stand by his work.

After trying to source the trees myself at nurseries, I was skeptical of the great value Cipriano offered me, but I couldn't be happier. He turned an ugly overgrown yard into the prize of our home. He and his crew are profession, hardworking, and honest. He even corrected me when I almost overpaid him. He's simply a solid guy.

I found him on Angie's List. He's really, really good and I have recommended them to two of my friends.

Cipriano is by far the best. I've used a lot of gardeners over the years. He and his crew take the most time making our huge property look great. He goes way beyond the norm.

I had hired Cipriano a year ago to upgrade all of my landscaping. I recently called him again to do a clean up and fine tuning. I am always impressed by his skills and knowledge and his work ethic. He works hard, cares about what he does and usually goes above and beyond my expectations. Since he has an extensive knowledge of plants he is able to make suggestions and come up with creative designs and solutions that I would never be able to do on my own. He always returns to follow up on his work and ensure that the sprinklers are set just right and the plants and lawn are thriving. I highly recommend him for the quality of the work and the reasonable prices he offers.
