Description of Work: Very poor customer service. I called and I left a voice mail message last week...but never heard back from them. I don't know why...

Description of Work: Converted a half bathroom in the guestroom into a wet room with shower. New floor, reframing of wall, tile floor to ceiling, all fixtures. Good first test. Will use later for house upgrades.

Description of Work: Refinished my tub and stand up shower floor. They were fast to respond and schedule the work. Very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: They did a small remodeling job and I was very pleased. I was not in town for most of the work and trusted them completely. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Rotem came to provide me an estimate last year when I started my house project. He was very responsive, on time, had great attention to detail, and very very patient with me. This is my first remodel project, he walked me through all the details and create very detail visual for overall design. I ended at going with another contractor that remodeled my friend's house. But I'd definitely connect this company again if I need another optional. I've interviewed many companies, Butel was definitely one of the top on the list.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel. The entire team was great! They were extremely responsive, professional and our bathroom looks beautiful. They finished the project well within the timeline they laid out. We are very pleased with them and would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: We have a small apartment building and need a galley kitchen replaced. I called a few contractors from Angies List to give me bids. Tom arrived, probably promptly. The phone rang twice, but was disconnected before I could pick up. Then it rang a few minutes later and it was someone from the office saying Tom was outside and couldn't get in the gate, which was locked (it was not locked). So from the get-go, we had an awkward encounter. We went into the apartment to look. I mentioned two things I wanted, and before I could finish my thoughts or even the question, Tom started talking over me, with a condescending tone. I found the encounter off-putting (not my first time with contractors; I've been managing this building for 20 years and know how to work with others). I felt the estimator did not want to work with me, whether or not because I am female or some other reason. I politely said "I am sorry, but I don't feel our personalities are meshing and I'm not comfortable working with you. Thank you for coming out, but I don't think I wish to work with you." To which he replied "okay." He got his computer, shook my hand and left. I don't know if this job was too small, but the person who comes to your home and introduces the business to you really ought to have better people skills.

Description of Work: Called for a quote and the earliest that they can come out is a week later. In the morning of the appointment day, Anthony called me 2hrs before the appointment time to confirm but I didn't get the message until an hour later and he already canceled my appointment. It seems like they are very busy, make sure that you can adjust your schedule according to theirs. We did not select Butel.

Shai & his Builders have remodeled our entire house: four baths, three beds, kitchen, etc. Not cheap; but you get what you pay for with Butel Construction: Good work. Good finishing. Description of Work: They essentially put in a new shower. They also retiled the sink counter, floor and part of walls. They also repaired old plumbing in the shower and installed a new sink and toilet. We got tile, other materials and the sink and toilet from another company.
