 + -1 morePrompt, showed up within hour as promised. Courteous and affable. He had a wide array of choices regarding cost and finish for locks and had a nice antique finish lock that I ended up getting. I requested estimates for additional work and was given the breakdown comparing two brands of locks. He really seemed to know what he was doing, very competent. Had a lot of knowledge about pros and cons of various alternatives. Would definitely hire again and recommend. Was not cheap, but I believe you generally get what you pay for, and it is such a relief to have it repaired correctly the first time.
Description of Work: Replaced broken lock on door to match house key. Repaired three antique loose door knobs with new cylinders (where other locksmiths have failed).

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY POSITIVE. I CALLED AND THEY CAME AND CHANGED THE LOCKS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEY USED EXTREMELY GOOD LOCKS WHICH MADE GETTING IN AND OUT VERY EASY AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN THEIR WORK AND WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM AND I WAS VERY HAPPY.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED THE LOCKS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GOT ALL THE LOCKS CHANGED. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE PRICE. IT SEEMED RATHER HIGH FOR THE KIND OF WORK THEY WERE GOING TO DO. MY LAWYER RECOMMENDED THEM BOTH TIMES I USED THEM THIS YEAR.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT SITUATION WE WERE IN AND WHAT WE NEEDED. THEY REPLACED OUR LOCK WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: OUR KEY GOT STUCK IN OUR LOCK AND WAS DAMAGED. WE CALLED THEM SO THAT THEY COULD REPLACE IT. THEY CAME THAT AFTERNOON AND REPLACED IT. THEY REPLACED IT WITH A KWIKSET LOCK.
