Description of Work: I had Bryden work on my home, bringing the wiring up to code and making some additional changes. They were fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was conscientious, knowledgeable, smart, and very pleasant. It was a totally positive experience. They were pricely, but I feel it was fair and worth it.

Description of Work: Installation of new additional electrical circuit breakers and wiring in residential rental unit. It should have been a two man job. Bryden Electrical dispatch one person, therefore the project took longer and the quality suffered.

Description of Work: In one unit, they installed electrical heaters in bedroom and living room with thermostats and a heater and fan unit in the bath, and in my unit they replaced my old bathroom unit with a new one. Rerouting wiring was needed. On a previous job they brought additional power to the unit. They were done in less than a week. I needed to get patching and painting done around the heaters, but they were clear about this from the start.

Description of Work: They added some sockets, were to move a light and add another but did not. Maybe because it did not need to be moved, but the second one would have been nice. Outside box seal on wall cracked immediately. Owner came to fix - in the end I used silicone and did it myself. But work was good enough, prompt enough.

Description of Work: I had a surge in my electricity while sitting under the hair dryer. Afterward the electric in my house was diming and brightening whenever I turned on an appliance. The electrician had to come in and investigate where the problem was coming from. He was able to determine that the problem was not stemming from my electrical panel but from my SoCal Edison meter that was not distributing power effectively from the power pole.

Description of Work: He found and fixed a "hidden" electrical short-circuit in the house wiring, which was tripping the circuit breaker. Worked quickly; then explained the problem. All good. |Hourly rate is not cheap compared to some advertised prices, but he finished promptly so total cost was reasonable. I will use them for all my future electrical work.
