The experience went very well, it was very good. He did everything that he said he would do. He told me he could get the part, he told me when he could get it, when he would have it, and he said he could put it in the day the part came, and everything went according to schedule. He was on time, did everything on schedule, and as per the price he quoted. He wasn't cheap, but that was not why I hired him. I wanted someone competent to put the new meter box in. He had no drama, no games, very efficient, and he just did what he was supposed to do.

We had a large landscaping and pool project that was being managed by our General Contractor. I wasn't happy with the electrical contractors that my GC had originally proposed. I only received an estimate from Bryden Electrical but Brian was extremely professional and gave me ideas on how to do the job more efficiently. In the end I ended up using an electrical contractor that my GC provided but I will definitely call Bryden Electrical for my next job. Their bid was extremely competitive and Brian was a pleasure to work with.

He made all the arrangements and let me know what I needed to do and what they were going to do. They put in a new circuit which was no easy task. In all respects, it could not have been better. They were phenomenal! I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anybody!

If I have any electrical problems, I call them! The price is very reasonable. The guys are great and professional and they worked really hard! They put more work in then what they charge for. I would recommend them to anyone!

I first contacted Bryden several months before we ended up hiring them to ask them general questions about the work. Brian (the owner) took the time to talk to me about the lighting and heating options. We had radiant ceiling heating underneath the popcorn ceiling, so I was asking about heating options. We opted to install in wall electric heaters in each room and disable the radiant heating in the ceiling. We ended up going with Bryden over other bids because of his customer service and professionalism. His bid price was reasonable. Not the lowest but we did not necessarily want to skimp on a job this big and dealing with electrical. While the job did not go 100% smooth, overall, the job went well and we are happy with the work. What did not go smooth: We were initially quoted 2 days for the job to complete but it took them 2 1/2 days. The wrong heater parts were ordered so we had to also wait a week or so in between the first two days and the final 1/2 day of work. This may not be a big deal for some people but with both of us working and having two dogs, that is an extra day of arrangements we needed to make. Also, on the last day of work, the crew did not come in the two hour window time frame I was given. I called Bryden about 30 minutes after the end the two hour window. Brian did assure me the guys were coming and stuck on a previous job. They did arrive shortly after, but I still had to call All previous visits (3), Brian and/or his crew showed up on time. So the above is what did not go smooth. Everything else went well, most importantly, the quality of work. While I am no electrician, Brian and his crew seemed to know what they are doing and I felt confident in that. I also had several email inquiries about the job before we hired Bryden. Bryden responded to each email within 1 business day. I would still consider hiring again and I would also recommend them to a friend to get a bid.

They were all done correctly and everything just works now. We couldn't be happier with the results. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient and delivered the project on time and at the quoted price.

They come on time, do a good professional job and are nice and clean. They clean up after themselves and use good products; not inferior junk. They communicate with me; I also wanted to know exactly what was going on and they did that. Their billing is correct and they do not overcharge. I am happy with their prices and am very satisfied with their work.

We've always used Bryden for electrical work at our home. Brian and crew do great work, they're friendly, and they're timely. Brian is also practical. We had a water line in our kitchen burst, and it took out the circuit for our refrigerator. We were having 50 people over to our house for a bbq over the weekend, and I was wondering how I was going to manage with the contents of my refrigerator at my mom's house and in coolers. Brian, ever practical, told me that he would be over the next morning, and in the meantime, to get a heavy duty extension cord an run the fridge off the circuit in the next room. I wish I had called him before I emptied the fridge! While we already have the kitchen torn up from the water, I decided to put in a second over, and Brian did the electrical for that. His crew did the job quickly, and dealt with a difficult City inspector, and now as soon as my kitchen floors are back, we'll have a new oven!

Called on Thursday, Brian came out on Friday a.m. to give a free written estimate. Andre installed the 3 fixtures (see above). Very pleasant people to deal with; punctual, clean, tidy and each of the delicate light fixtures were handled with care. One of the chandeliers was extremely complex in its assembly -- lots of crystals, twigs and branches. I was very apprehensive about installing the non-electrical branches myself (which I thought I would have to do). Andre assembled ALL of the branches without being asked with great care and ease. It was a really nice surprise. I definitely intend to use them again in the near future. I would and intend to definitely recommend them to friends.

During the remodel of a rental property I own I suddenly had a problem with two electrical circuits that kept sparking and tripping off. I found Bryden on Angie's list, and within an hour the owner, Brian Cohen, was at the scene, troubleshooting the problem. It was quite clear that he really knew his stuff. Within minutes he had identified the problem, and at my request quoted a price for repairing the problem. I approved the work and scheduled a day and time. A crew showed up on time and completed the work the same day, and did an excellent job. Later, when a city inspector found additional issues, Brian quickly came to the scene to speak with the inspector and understand the new issues. The inspector said he was familiar with Bryden and said they are known to do excellent work. Brian had his crew resolve the additional items, and I then passed inspection. I was very glad to have found Brian and Bryden Electrial, and wholeheartedly recommend them for small or large electrical jobs. I will certainly use him for any future electrical issues that I may have.

The work is always done right and it is a good value. He are competent and honest. I use him all of the time for little and big things. I know that when he does something, he will get it done right. He is not cheap.

He showed up on time. He did ask for a consultation fee but when he did the work he included it in the price. I thought he did really good work. They were really professional, nice, and responsive.

Bryan came out to give an estimate, but it became clear that I did not know exactly what the satellite company was going to need. He gave an estimate for running the phone jacks and installing the outlets, but wasn't sure how to price the cable. Once I found out what was needed, we set up a date for the job. There were two crews: one person to install the outlets, and two others to do the phone jacks and cabling. The outlets were straightforward, as they were just being installed opposite existing outlets inside the house. The phone jacks were more complicated because of the locations of existing jacks. They did a wonderful job, though, and everything came out looking so neat. The satellite company would have run the cables, but I am sure it wouldn't have come out looking so good. On the outside, all the cables run neatly under the lip of the balcony, and come out in one jack on the inside.

We have nothing but very high remarks for this guy and his company. We have used his services many times before this project. We have used his services a couple of times since this particular project. He is always very prompt. He is never late. He is always very friendly. We are always treated with the utmost respect. We have always had great dealings with this company.

THEY WERE GREAT BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE REASONS I GAVE YOU AN A FOR. THEIR PRICE WAS HALF OF THE OTHER BIDS I GOT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO.
