Everything went great the technician was great did a fantastic job the tub look brand new.

The sinks and shower looks great. Employees took pride in their work.

Response was prompt, we were able to make an appointment for just a few days later, and the gentleman doing the work did a great job! The price was very reasonable too. My tub looks 1000% better and is finally usable.

I own several Apartment Buildings in Southern California and have been using Bryan,s Reglazing for several years on my my building Reglazing bathtubs sinks and countertops. Luis does excellent work and always very good on cleaning up after the work is done. I would highly recommend this Company.

I had a lot of bubbling afterwards, and that was kind of unexpected. I didn't expect it to look bubbled afterwards. From a distance it looks beautiful, but when you look at it up close. But again I am not sure if that's just part of the process.

After one week, the kitchen sink began to crack and peel. Additionally, the calking that they replaced began to peel as well.

I only used him once but he was very good. He was great. He showed up, fair price. He did a good job. He was punctual. Everything was good. I would recommend him.

They came to give me an estimate and took pictures. They never ended up getting back with me with the estimate.

I regret using this company.

They did a beautiful job, and the price was right, but their English is very limited. Phone negotiations were near impossible, and the worker himself spoke no English at all. I can kind of get by in Spanish, but in this case it was very difficult - trying to schedule, to understand the scope of the work, the restrictions, etc. If it had been anything but the simplest of jobs (tub + sink redone in white), I wouldn't have felt comfortable using this firm.

Bryan's Reglazing Service was very good. They called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment. They quoted me the price to get the work done, I approved and they were done reglazing the tub within 2 hours. It was a beautiful job and all of my tenants have thanked me for getting it done. I've now used Bryan's Reglazing Service 3 times and I will continue to use them!

I found Byran Reglazing Service through Angie's List and called them up, as well as other companies, to get a quote on reglazing our new bathroom sink (it was new, but cream-colored, and we wanted it white to match the toilet and tub). I chose them because: 1) they actually answered the phone; 2) they said they could come to Irvine; and 3) they quoted a price $50 less than my other option ($90 vs. $140). I arranged for them to come on Saturday, March 7th, at 8-8:30AM. On Friday afternoon, March 6th, I received a call from Luis asking me if they could come over that same day because they could not come Saturday, and they happened to have someone in the area already. I told them I was not available, but would ask my sister if she could meet them at the house, and call him back. Luis, for his part, said he would contact his guy to see what the latest time he could stop by was. I called back 30 minutes later, got a voicemail, and left a message to let Luis know that his guy could come anytime that day because my sister was at home. After a half hour with no response, I called again and was able to tell Luis the good news. He hadn't contacted his guy yet, so he said he would let him know, then call me back to let me know the time he would be arriving. Another half hour passed with no response, so I called again and spoke with Laura (or Flora), who said Luis wasn't available and that she would give him the message. Over an hour and a half passed with no call, so I called again and spoke with Laura, who said she was about to call me back to tell me that the guy was no longer available to come that day, and asked if we could re-schedule for Sunday morning, March 8th, at 7-7:30AM. I told her I would get back to her once I talked with my sister. I called her back 5 minutes later to agree to the new date and time, asking her specifically to have the guy call me to let me know when he was on his way, to which she agreed. Sunday came and went, with neither a phone call nor a person showing up. As of the writing of this review, I have still not received any word from them, and have decided I no longer want them for the job.

They did a good job. They were professional and timely.

Bryan's Reglazing service quoted me the lowest of the three companies I called yesterday. He set up a time today to do the work. He showed up on time, ready to work. The work was completed in approximately 2.5-3 hours and the sink looks like new. It's really beautiful and if I ever need reglazing done again, I will definitely return to Bryan's Reglazing.

They were great. Refinished a bathtub that was peeling and discolored. Now I do not have to replace the tub and it saved me a lot of $$. It looks good as new. Thank you!

The serviceman's arrival time in the morning was punctual and he gave a fair estimate to the amount of work and how much the cost would be. After I agreed to the price, he started working right at that moment. He was done by noon. He left some of the protective covering taped on afterwards and asked that I keep it on for a couple of days before removing and using the sink. I would recommend using Bryan's Reglazing again.

I'm not used to any Reglazing at all. They did a good job. It was very satisfactory, but when they left, there was a little tiny bubble. I called them and they were out the next day and fixed everything. They did not refuse to do it. They were really good. They were very apologetic about the bubble and I kept saying it was okay as we are all humans and it happens, but they said that they can't have that. They are very responsive. I wasn't even on the phone for 5 seconds and they said that they would need to take of the problem. They asked me when to come out and got it scheduled. They came right out the next day and fixed it. Their price was good because the others were $250 and above. I would use them again in the future.

It was cheap and he did what he said he was going to do.

I was very happy with the work and called the office for payment with a credit card. Bryan's Reglazing is very professional, do great work, and make it convenient for you in scheduling work and for payment.

He did an excellent job. He came right out the day I called. I was so impressed with the promptness of his service. He offered a very reasonable price.

It went great. They were very helpful and punctual. I originally had just ordered 3 tubs to be reglazed. When they got here a tenant told me that theirs was in need of repair as well. They fit it in and did a great job. They also were able to add in a sink reglaze that went very well. They covered the floors and surrounding areas well and setup a fan for ventilation.

The work was superb. Unfortunately, Sandoval was last for the "estimate" appointment and was also 1 1/2 hours late to begin the work. I was so upset with his lateness that I almost canceled the job. The second work day he arrived early. The work was worth the aggravation of his lateness. I will not hesitate to recommend his work, lateness or not. I have already referred him to two friends.

The prices are good and they did a good job.
