First time I’ve hired a contractor and I couldn’t be happier. I needed a bathroom remodeled and cabinets in my kitchen. I spoke to Simon and he walked me through the process from beginning to end and the prices he gave me where the best ones out of all the estimates I got. Brauner Construction & Realty is the best! Bought a condo that needed to be renovated. We ripped up all the old flooring and put in brand new, beautiful hardwood floors. Painted some walls. And remodeled the kitchen, from top to bottom. It was an amazing transformation! And Brauner Construction made the experience easy. The owner Simon walked us through the process, helping us pick out materials and understand where to spend our money. He is very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. When it came time for the work, Simon and his team were extremely respectful of our home. And the finished product turned out better than we expected! We're planning to update the bathrooms next, and we'll definitely use Brauner Construction again. Can't recommend them enough!
