From the moment they answered the phone I felt like I was dealing with a professional outfit. I was given an estimate over the phone and an appointment to do the work. They made it so easy and did a first class job. I recommend them to anyone who likes getting the job done right the first time.

The service was excellent. They got out spots I had not been able to remove. I was in the middle of a move and they picked up my rugs from one location and held them at no extra charge until I was ready at the new location. I was very pleased.

They were very thorough, friendly, and did an excellent job. They also came at the time they were supposed to, and told me exactly what they were going to do. I would highly recommend them.

The Service was excellent from start to finish.

They did a great job of cleaning both, and the colors popped afterward. It took about a week to get the rugs back from them. One of our rugs had sub standard latexing on the back, so the foreman called and asked if they could re-latex to rug so it would not fall apart in the future. However-and it's not their fault-the smell from our animal was "augmented" or possibly came out as a result of the process. The smell may have arose while rolled up sitting up in their shop, but it came on strong after returning them back home. I called the shop back, and they checked their notes to see if the workers had noticed any issues while cleaning the rugs. They gladly asked me to bring them back to the shop, and I did. They had applied their Disinfect and Deodorize process again, which they explained was like Lysol. They explained they only wanted to do that twice as not to compromise the integrity and colors of the rugs. I received the rugs back after 2 weeks, as we had bad weather over the weekends thus slowing any sun-drying that needed to be done. Thankfully, the animal smell was gone I specifically give them a C on Quality, because as a part of their process before leaving the shop I would hope they would hold it to make sure that any animal odors are abated. If they area abated, they could have at least said they would need more time to get the smell out if at all. Sometimes a speedy return a customer is not necessary. However, I would gladly use them again.

They were great and very communicative. This company was timely, made appointments and showed up when they said. They delivered when they said and the quality of the workmanship was very high. They were very professional, knowledgeable and I would use them without reservation.

Overall it was a good experience. The owner came and stayed througout the entire cleaning process. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and I ended up having them clean the bathroom floor tiles as well. Afterwards it looked like a brand new floor. The owner was the one actually cleaning the floor, so he is really dedicated to giving customers a good final product.

Staff arrived 30 minutes late but when they got here, they did a very good job. They carefully moved furniture to clean underneath them and put the legs on foam pieces to allow the carpet to dry properly. Estimated dry time is 24 hours. The staff didn't try to sell additional services like Scotch guarding the cleaned carpeting which was appreciated. They gave me the 10% Angie's list discount and provided a small bottle of cleaning solution for future use. Excellent job.

Our dog was feeling really sick last night and left us pretty sick as well when we saw our carpets in the morning vomit and loads of diarrhea! We had to wait until 3:00pm for the next availability but they came on time were very nice and did a great job.i thought it was a little pricey for $299.00 ( after a 10% coupon ) for just and hour but my carpets are clean and all smells good so I am happy.

They were excellent. They came out and were on time. They were very professional. When you have something as precious as a Persian rug, you don't like to just hand it over to anyone. They really made it very clear that they knew what they were doing. They kept the rugs for a long time. When I got them back, they were perfect. I actually paid less than expected.

I have been using them for about three months and I am still using them. I don't remember their prices but they are the most affordable dry cleaners that I have used and they do a great job. The price depends on the amount of clothes that you take to them. In the past, I used to spend $70 to $80 at the other dry cleaners and now I am closer to $40 or $50. I don't think that my usage has changed but their price is significantly cheaper.

I elected to deliver the rug myself to their facility. When I arrived, a couple of guys immediately unloaded it and I was ushered into the office to take care of the paperwork. The rug I brought to be cleaned was something I inherited from a relative so I was pretty unfamiliar with it, They gave me a very thorough "tour" of my rug. He described the type of stitching, materials, manufacturing process and age. He described their cleaning and repair process too. I loved this great tutorial on the rug! The rug took a few days to clean, and it looked and smelled great when it was finished. I can really see a huge difference, and the rug didn't look dirty to begin with! This is a great company, don't hesitate to have them do similar work for you too.

It went really well. They did a nice job and actually did some extra stuff I hadn?t asked them to do. They left me a bottle of cleaner in case they missed any spots and also said they would come back and take care of any issues. Originally I had thought they were priced high but after they did the work and the extra stuff they did I realized it was worth it.

They were there right on time and ready to go. The details were explained to me and I had a chance to ask questions. The rooms were measured and I got a workorder to view. After I signed it and explained to them that there were two rooms that were especially "stinky" from cat pee I took my dogs to the park. They called shortly after; perhaps 15 min before schedule. The stairs and rooms looked great! Not a spot to be seen. They had to move some furniture also. The cat rooms smelled much better. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I was very pleased with their service. I spent about $1300 on the job. They were very friendly to talk to over the phone. The two gentlemen, who came out to take down everything, put everything back once the service was done. They were really friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the product. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They are quite expensive but I have no complaints as they did a beautiful job and the men who worked at our house were incredibly nice and thorough.

When I originally called to ask for services, I had believed the company could also look at possible re-stretching two small corners and repair a 1.5 foot tear. There was either a mis understanding, or they believed the job was too small. The cleaning was great, but took a long time to dry most likely because of the rainy weather. Also, I had asked them to work on several areas that were damaged by cat urine. They put some kind of chemical on that for an extra $35 charge. It seems to me, that this company is very good at general overall cleaning, but not so much for special requests. If I do not have any more pet problems, I wuld call hem back when the weather is hotter and dryer.

They did an excellent job in removing all of the stains in the carpets and in all high traffic areas. Carpet's look brand new! The only item they were not able to fully clean was the room with cat urine, still has a little bit of the smell but it is better then I thought they would be able to get it done.

I called the Bobcat office and spoke with a very helpful young woman who explained their upholstery cleaning process. I was given individual price quotes on cleaning my sofa, cleaning the upholstery on six dining room chairs, having them treated all with a protection product, and pickup/delivery charges. After discussing the various aspects and prices, I asked her to tally up the total cost for me and was quoted $449 after a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. I agreed to the price and arranged for my furniture to be picked up on 11/15 at 8:00AM. When the pickup/delivery crew arrived on 11/15, my husband was given an invoice for $610. My husband woke me up to have me resolve the discrepancy. My discussion with the crew revealed three issues: 1.) The sofa measurement I had given the Bobcat office for a quote was incorrect; instead of being 6'4" it was measuring out at 6'7", which would justifiably increase the cost by $30. 2.) The pick-up crew,however, had failed to apply the 10% Angie's List discount, about a $50 decrease to the cost that hadn't been taken into account. 3.) Further discussions of the balance of the price discrepancy led us to surmise that the remaining difference in pricing was likely because the young woman from the Bobcat office had failed to include the $75.00 pickup and delivery charge when I had asked for a total quote. The pickup/delivery crew called the Bobcat office for guidance on how to handle the cost discrepancy and I was advised that the work could not be done for the $449 original quote + $30 for my measurement mistake. I declined to have the work done at the significantly higher price. I have since arranged for another "A" rated company on Angie's List to perform the upholstery cleaning on my furniture.

It had been awhile since we cleaned our carpets. They took the carpets for a week and they look good as new.

They did an excellent job -- arrived on time, were neat and responsible, replaced furniture carefully, provided clear estimates of cost, etc. They are a bit pricey but I thought it was well worth the expense to get such a professional job. I will definitely use this company again.

It took about a week from call to arrival at our home (just within the window of time they had given). They did an excellent job, careful, slow, cleaning over and over. They have a truck mounted cleaner with 2 people. We moved all the furniture ourselves to save money. I'm very pleased and would use them again.

The bottom line? The cleaning work was excellent. The crew working in our home was punctual and professional. The moving of the couch and chairs and other furniture went smoothly as did their return to their rightful places. All seemed very well cleaned, though it actually took a few days for everything to dry thoroughly making me glad that I didn't have an immediate need for them (e.g., a party the following day.) The rugs and pink linen chairs that were removed for treatment at Bobcat's facility went in extremely soiled, to the point where I wondered if they were salvageable, and came back wonderfully clean and fresh. This is saying something for a home in a very natural setting in Topanga (think oak trees and dirt) with Great Danes bounding around with dirty paws and "schmutzy" maws. The cleaning crews and delivery guys were A-1. When the rugs were returned, they came rolled up with their new pads and streamed out on their places on the floors without any dust arising out of them, looking remarkably fresh and bright for "ancient" middle eastern rugs. The only rub in the whole experience was communication with the front office. Terrible! I had been given an estimated date of return for the rugs and chairs of 8/18 and as of 9/1 they still had not been returned. My conversations with the woman who answers the phone were completely unsatisfactory. One rug had been sent out for repair and they were holding up the entire lot waiting to hear back from the repairer. This had not been our understanding, evident from the estimated date of return of 8/18. I did not start calling about the overdue order immediately because I was planning to have the wood floors cleaned while they were away. But once that had been accomplished and I did start calling I kept being told they would call me back but no one would. Very frustrating! However, as soon as I got passed the dragon at the gate and was able to speak to David in the office, everything was fine. My rugs et al were delivered two days later, in super shape. The moral of the story? Use Bobcat, as I will again, they do terrific work. But beware poor communication from the front office. Ask for David!

Bobcat told me over the phone what the service would entail and recommended the deeper cleaning. I made an appointment to have the sofa picked up, and they were on perfectly on time. The sofa took a little longer to clean than they originally estimated, but they delivered it in excellent shape. I thought the work done was excellent, the movers were very professional and the price reasonable.

Bobcat cleaned a very old and very dirty carpet at my parents' house, and made it look almost new again. My parents were thrilled at the result.
