Bobcat Carpet & Fabric Care

Two appointments, with both estimator and scheduled workers arriving on time. Very professional and took care to protect furniture and lamps with protective covers (wax paper and foam cubes) from wet carpet. Very satisfied and pleased with professional and courteous work.

It went very smoothly. Sometimes, Bobcat can clean upholstery at your house, but they took the couch in this situation because it was a big job (big couch, etc.). They arrived at the appointed time, and returned it when they said it would be ready. No problems at all.

The overall experience was fine with one exception. My appointment was on a Friday. When they got here they discovered it was a street cleaning day, told me they could stay, do the job and if they got ticketed I would be responsible for the ticket or they could re-schedule for another day. on calling the office they grudgingly said they would split it. I grudgingly said okay figuring I'd keep an eye out for PE, as I didn't relish spending another day to do this. My complaint is that this was not mentioned at the time I made the appointment, without knowing the business I wouldn't know it could be a problem. I don't consider it my responsibility to tell them, but rather theirs to ask and I didn't appreciate the grudging attitude. They were a little late due to rain and called to let me know which I appreciated. The price was as stated less a 10% discount.

They cleaned all the pet hair off of the carpets for us. They were very prompt and very good. They were very responsive and came out right away.

The entire process went smoothly. I took the rug in to them rather than using their pick-up service because the rug was small and I wanted to see their facility. They explained the process and gave a completion date for the service. The work was completed before the promised date and they called to let me know.

Came exactly on time: were very efficient, measured and gave me an exact estimate. Were careful with walls and floors and carpets look very good. Very polite. Worked efficiently and were done even sooner than they thought.

They arrived within the 2 hour window that they scheduled. Because I had just had the hard floors cleaned in my house, I asked them to cover them which they did. In addition, they put plastic shields around the corners of the walls so the hoses and cords would not damage them. They moved each piece of furniture from it's place while cleaning under it and then replaced it with small pieces of plastic under the legs. Any spots or heavily soiled areas were given attention before cleaning. The carpets designated for cleaning were done within a short period of time, 2 hours I think. They left everything in perfectly in place but cleaner.

To be honest, I have yet to find another company as good as this one for carpet cleaning. I will admit I was a little shocked at how much my bill was when they dropped off my carpets, but I think you get what you pay for. Overall, I like them and I did find them on Angies List, too.

FANTASTIC! I was not expecting much as our carpet is at least 12 years old if not older. It was so stained from the previous owners and myself. My husband and I were planning to buy new carpet, however we are having a very important cocktail party in two weeks, so I thought I would have them just clean a few rooms, to make it look as good as possible then we would buy new carpeting. I was utterly shocked at what a great job they did - they got out all the stains. I didn't think it was possible. I am only upset at myself that I did not plan on them doing the two other bedrooms as we may not have to purchase new carpeting because it looks so good. They gave us the 10% discount since we found them on Angie's List and for what I got, the price was so reasonable.

The crew did an excellent job. They were courteous, efficient, careful with our furniture and left the carpet looking almost as good as new.

They arrived at the very tail end of the appointment window and their prices were higher than other companies, but their work was good and they worked quickly.

We were very happy with their service. I really liked the fact that they moved and then replaced the furniture right where it was.

Quite well. They were reliable with good communication.

Very professional. On time. Courteous. Knew what they were doing. The carpet was far cleaner than I expected. I would definitely hire them again. The only downside is that they have a minimum for cleaning so I couldn't have them come out and clean just the 1 room carpet. I added in the upholstery to get to the minimum.

They were great! The only company contacted with a live operator. She was very nice and scheduled the appointment at short notice within 2 days later. They gave a 2 hour service window and called before they arrived actually one half hour early. The workers were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. A pleasure to do business with. When the carpet dried, 95% of the old spots did not reappear as they had done with other cleaning services.

The pale colored carpet was badly stained by pets and with a number of grease spots. The two guys arrived at the earlier end of the two hour spectrum and quickly measured and quoted for the work. The work was undertaken with minimum disruption and consideration was given to whether the front door needed to be closed to keep the pets in and whether access might be better over the balcony. A through job was done with furniture moved or placed on blocks and it appears a few days later that all stains were removed. My child was home sick from school and the guys were very considerate, doing that room first and setting up a fan so it would dry faster. All the rooms could be walked on by night time and there was no unpleasant smells. Wonderful job!

They were courteous professional and worked hard to get spots I didn't even think they could get out.

Excellent service. They were able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours of my calling. The service men were neat and clean and put on booties before stepping into my home. They took the time to cover the new carpet I had just put in to prevent any soil, water, or damage from occurring. The bedroom carpeting was moderately soiled but dull from wall board dust and debris from a recent renovation. The carpets now look like new. They did a fantastic job in about an hour and a half.

The two cleaners arrived at 12 pm, halfway between the projected time of 11 to 1 pm. They were polite, respectful, and easy-going. They were fast; done in only one and a half hours. Our carpet had a lot of spots and dirt from some work we had done to the place, especially in main walkway areas. We also had some dark spots from a dolly that I thought would never come out. Not only were all the spots taken out, the entire carpet looked brand new. I couldn't believe it. Awesome job, Bobcat! P.S. When I called to ask questions, I spoke to one of the owners for about five minutes, they answered all my questions in a very friendly and professional manner.

We contacted Bobcat for cleaning furniture in our home, including chairs and sofas. They did a fine job. We would recommend Bobcat to other users of Angie's List.

These guys were great. When I set up the appointment the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and very clear about pricing. She also gave me the option of taking my rugs into their cleaning facility myself, to save on pick up and delivery charges. (I was unable to take her up on that, but appreciated the offer). It took them a week to clean all three rugs. The two acrylic shag rugs were much improved (they were from my teenager`s rooms, and had suffered a lot of punishment, so I wasn't expecting miracles). My hand made wool rug came back like new, it nearly sparkled, it looked so beautiful. Not a spot remained. I was very, very impressed.

The Bobcat workers were on time. They were courteous and extremely thorough. It took them quite a while to clean my carpet, I suspect longer than they might have expected for the small size of the apartment. However, when they were finished, it looked as if the carpet was new. My neighbors were amazed. It's only been a few hours and it is almost dry. And it smells very nice, without a trace of the pet-related odors I have experienced after previous carpet-cleaning jobs. The price was somewhat more expensive than other carpet cleaners, but it was very well worth it.

The office staff was prompt and helpful in setting up our date and in giving us an idea of the cost. The men that performed the work were prompt, thoughtful, experienced, careful. They did a good job. We were pleased with the work and our experience with Bobcat. Our only criticism is based on our previous experience with other companies: Bobcat is quite expensive.

Excellent work. The most important thing I can say is that, 4 days later the spots have not returned. My carpets were heavily soiled from years of wear and my dog. All too often as the carpets dry the stains come back. Not this time. I am very pleased and will always use Bobcat. Prices aren't cheap. I measured first to be sure the price was OK. They came out a bit higher so we negotiated to a fair price, about 400.00 for 1100 sq ft and some deodorizing.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. A BIT EXPENSIVE THOUGH. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, ALWAYS SATISFACTORILY. THEY ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
