Bobcat Carpet & Fabric Care

My experience with them was very good. They were on time and punctual. They gave me an Angie's List discount. I would recommend them and use them again.

They hand cleaned the rug and then called me to let me know that they could not do more and answered all my questions - re-latexing the backing would cause the odor to be enclosed and probably worse over time, and they could not submerge it because the backing couldn't take it. They were completely honest, as they had been upfront, that they were not sure the odor was much better. When I sounded sad that they couldn't get the odor out but I understood why, Dave, the guy I was talking to, said they would do another hand wash before I came in to make sure they had done everything they possibly could. The reason I highly recommend this company is because they were honest at every stage and they obviously know their products and materials thoroughly. I would not hesitate to take something else to them as they are a family run business who has been around for a long time and care very much about their customers and their reputation. They gave me a great suggestion for a product to use to keep the cat from doing further damage.

It cost a lot of money but that might just be the going rate. They were fine and they were reliable. They did a good job cleaning. They were on time.

A total pleasure from start to finish. The guys took a walk around the carpets to be cleaned and gave me a great price, which was 1/2 of the last company's charge (and that company did a terrible job). Both carpets took less than 1 hour. Protection was put down for wood wall corners and they moved all my furniture for no extra charge. When the work was done, plastic was placed under furniture legs and paper was set down in areas we had to walk on. The carpet seemed almost dry by the time they left! I was told to keep the furniture on it's plastic coasters for 24 hours just to be safe. The guys came back (free of charge) a week later to spot clean some areas with old pet urine. All but one area was completely stain free and the carpets look like new! The two service men were very friendly, professional, and punctual.

The woman from Bobcat was delightful and very helpful on the phone. The two men who picked up the carpets from my house were prompt, polite and professional. When I wasn't able to be home at the time we arranged to deliver the cleaned rugs, they rescheduled to meet my needs, arriving several minutes before the "exact" time we had arranged. The same men delivered the carpeting and were very patient when I wanted the carpets moved from one room to another, moving furniture so that the carpets were placed exactly correct. What a treat to deal with people like this-the best compliment that I can give is that there service is the opposite of Time Warner Cable.

They offered a coupon that would give us 10% off. They were on time. They told us upfront what everything would cost. They were very friendly. They were very methodical and didn't damage anything.

The service was excellent. They manged to get all the stains out. The only comment is that the have to have a $175.00 minimum.

The original quote was right on with the end price. I have used them twice now and have no problems with them so far. I would recommend them to others as well as use them in the future.

I have used them before. I found them on Angie's List. They are usually very professional, but this most recent time they broke drawer of a dresser they were moving and I am still trying to resolve the issue with the manager.

They came over at short notice, on recommendation of a neighbor, to clean carpets on two floors. The one coming in from my garage was so dirty, and the housemaid had such bad results trying to clean it, that I assumed it just had to be replaced. When Bobcat was finished, all my carpets looked as if they were brand new. I could not believe how good a job they did. And I couldn't believe how quickly they did it.

Bobcat cleaned my living room, dining room and hall wall-to-wall carpet. It turned out to be a little more expensive than I expected because my carpet is wool sisal and needed to be dry cleaned. The team of two who came were great: clear, thorough and quick. Most of the spots were removed, but not all. The overall job was very good. My next door neighbor even asked me about it, noticing how quietly and quickly they got the job done. She was amazed.

When I first called Bobcat I left a message on a recorder thinking that would be the end of it. However, someone called me back within the hour and we scheduled an in-home estimate at my convenience. James arrived at the appointed time and took measurements of the living room, hallway, and master bedroom. He was very professional and congenial. James gave me a preliminary [verbal] estimate and sent a formal bid via email later that day. I've used several carpet cleaning services over the years and the bid was lower by at least $50-$75. Based on the Angie's website ratings I decided to "take a chance", and I'm glad I did! When I called the office to arrange for the service, we were able to schedule the service to fit my busy schedule. On the day of the scheduled service I received to call to inquire if I was available earlier in the day. This was actually better for me so I accepted the change. The team arrived promptly at 11 a.m. and worked diligently to complete the work. They moved the furniture and took special care with the heavily soiled areas. At the end of the job they left me a bottle of "All Gone" Carpet & Fabric Spotter for future use...something no other company has offered me in the past! I will definitely use this company whenever I need carpet cleaning services. Oh, and did I mention that my carpets look like new!!!!!

They did a terrific job. The two men who came to the apartment were professional and well-prepared, and were very contentious to move and then replace furniture. They were on time, and did a great job picking up after themselves when they were finished. We would definitely have Bobcat back again when the time comes. (Probably in 6 months.)

They called the day before as a courtesy to remind me, called the morning of the appointment to tell me they were on their way, and actually arrived early! I was very pleased with them! The carpets were very dirty, and they look very clean now! They were very careful to not have the hose bump along the walls, and they were very friendly.

They provide excellent service every time I go in. I have never had a single garment ruined in over 4 years, and there have been times they've spotted a loose button or something, and just repaired it for me without asking, no charge. They are always very friendly, will rush my clothes whenever I need with no charge, and know be my name when I walk in the door. They'll usually already have my pick up ready at the register by the time I reach the front desk. I'll never go to another dry cleaners again!

The carpet cleaners arrived slightly late, but the company was very good about letting me know by phone beforehand. They did the work quickly and did a good job. They were very good about laying down tarps and shields to protect walls and floors from the cleaning hoses which ran out the door to their truck. Afterward they gave me spot cleaning instructions and a bottle of spot remover to use in the future.

Went very well - Bobcat actually was able to come earlier than we originally scheduled, did the job in about an hour, was very fast and efficient. They put foam blocks under all our heavy furniture to raise them up so as to clean and air-dry the carpeting beneath the furniture. They steam cleaned our stairs very thoroughly and got out all the footprints. They also gave us a spot-treatment cleaner for future use. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpeting cleaned!

The 2 workers arrived on time, protected other areas of the house, and did a great job on an old lady's house that had been neglected for some time. They were friendly and efficient, worked hard, cleaned up, and left. Highly recommended.

They were professional, they came on time and they were efficient and did the work good. They were over priced. They were ok, we were not overly impressed with them. They did leave some spots.

Very well. They came and gave an estimate, picked up furniture and rugs that were cleaned to my satisfaction. They returned them and put them all back where they should be. Staff was friendly professional timely.

Excellent experience. They arrived on time (9am appointment), were very friendly, worked efficiently and the result was outstanding. This was a tough job as both the carpet and sofa in this apartment were very dirty. The price ended up less than the indication given to me over the phone. I would definitely use them again. Also got a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member.

The whole outfit was professional and they did great work. They were much better than the national franchise cleaner it I used previously. They were careful and thorough in their work as well as courteous and prompt. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We called them, instead of the cheaper company we normally used, because of two problems. First, our new dog had urinated repeatedly in two areas of the family room. It had soaked through to the point that you could smell it when you walked in the door. Second, our daughter left for college leaving a carpet in her room that was a disaster! We thought each of these problems would require new carpeting. The carpet is a light beige and really shows stains. When James came to give us an estimate, we expected a major repair. We were skeptical when he said that he would recommend letting his guys try to remove the stains and deeply clean the carpet. They came (two hours late, our only complaint) and when they left, it looked and smelled as if we had new carpeting. They moved our furniture without complaining and left everything covered and protected while it dries. There are people who clean carpets and there are professional carpet cleaners. These guys are the latter.
