Bobcat Carpet & Fabric Care

We really liked them, and thought they did an excellent job. Their prices were a little on the high side, but we would definitely use them again.

The folks at Bobcat were extremely professional, friendly and responsive. The price was better than some of the other paces we called and they showe dup right on time. The carpet is sealed well for storage. We would definitely use them again.

I called Bobcat based on the numerous Angies List comments. When I called and spoke with the woman, I was given the option of either offering up the sq. footage and being given a price quote or the opportunity to scheduled a measure/walk-thru. The sq. footage price is exact (i.e. $xx.xx per sq. ft.) so I chose the walk-thru option because I did not know the exact footage of the carpet and I scheduled the appt for the following week. The person showed up exactly on time and went about his measuring. I was then presented with a quote for the work based on the sq. footage. I was given my quote and was able to schedule the appt. for any day or time needed starting two days from the walk-thru. I booked it for three days later. I had previously used two of the high profile national chain carpet cleaners, but was never really happy with the service. I also had ongoing pricing issues with both as each time my carpets were cleaned, it was a different price for the exact same work. The Bobcat carpet cleaners arrived on the appt. day a few minutes early and were very friendly and professional from the moment they walked through the door. We walked the house with me pointing out specific trouble areas. They took copious notes and went about the prep work for the cleaning. Having watched other companies do the same type of prep work, I was really amazed at how thoroughly their work was compared to the others. Bobcat really worked alot harder at the prep work, lifting furniture, moving furniture, etc. Once done, I was COMPLETELY happy with the work, the carpets were amazing and it was night and day different - better then the other carpet cleaners. The job took about two hours and my carpets looked brand new. Everyone did a fantastic job, the phone, the estimate and the actual cleaning. Everything was flawless.

These folks are excellent! I set up appointments by email, which I like. Had to change the carpet cleaning appointment and they were able to accommodate me. All people I dealt with (James came to the house for the estimate, Jose and Javier did the shampooing, I did not get the names of the men who picked up and delivered the rugs) were courteous, helpful and skilled. With the exception of some wear spots in the hall, the 20-year-old wool Berber carpeting looks like new. The Dhurrie (9X12) and other rug (a bound piece of synthetic carpet) are pristine. The carpets were shampooed yesterday and this morning, they are dry.

I didn't have to worry about anything. They did a great job. They are very professional and friendly. They are efficient. The price was a good value. I certainly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Bobcat! They were higher in price than other companies, but I went with them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. They were able to give me fairly accurate pricing over the phone and then confirmed pricing (which turned out to be slightly lower than original estimate). I also got 10% off with the Angie's List coupon. They were extremely prompt with their pickup and delivery times and the delivery crew were friendly and efficient. One thing to note...the delivery crew told me that I would probably have my sofas back within one week. It took a few extra days, but it was well worth it. Bobcat did a wonderful job cleaning my sofas and I would definitely use them again!!

I used the Angies list recommendation of this company. They were friendly and helpful on the phone. I had to change the arranged date as we had some other work going on in our house and they were very nice about changing it. The two people showed up promptly and looked at what needed to be cleaned. They figured out the square feet and gave and estimate. I agreed and they set to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and when they were finished I looked at all the rooms. Everything looked much cleaner. One water damaged spot did not come out. I paid and they were off.

From initial phone contact (thorough explanation including pricing info based on square footage)to prompt arrival, to on-site recap prior to start, just outstanding results.

We have a built in bench in our kitchen, and the seat cushion was FILTHY from food stains and from our dog, who tracks her muddy paws all over it. We had tried spot cleaning the cushion ourselves, which just left watermark stains from the wet cleaners. We took the very large(8 ft. long)cushion in, and a week later, it's back, looking brand new. I couldn't be happier. I thought for sure we'd have to have the bench reupholstered, but nope! It just needed a good cleaning. This company is amazing, and I will definitely use them again for the rest of my furniture. They were very well priced-$75 for my bench cushion, less 10% because I brought in the coupon from their website. I highly recommend this company!

The two-man crew arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the house. I asked them for a quote on a room I hadn't originally included in the work order and the estimate for the additional work was very reasonable. The bottom line is they were able to completely remove pet urine stains where other companies had failed. For that reason I will use them again (and again).

They did excellent. They picked them up and delivered them. My rugs are prone to fading and they didn't fade. It was a very hard job.

I called the company (chose this company because it was close to home) on 11/26/08. The gentleman I spoke with was polite and explained the approx. charge per rug and pick up and delivery. I was very pleased with the service and the rugs look very clean and nice; I almost hated to put them down on my wood floors. I will call them again for my other 2 rugs.

Great, they came out for the estimate and everything was timely.

Two men arrived on time in the morning and were much faster than estimated. Job took about 2 hours. The carpets were pretty dry by the end of the day.

Called, told them our issues. Took the cushions in and they said no problem. Told us it would be a week and gave me an estimate per cushion. A week and a day later they called saying our cushions were clean and ready to pick-up. Price was what they quoted on dropping cushions off.

They are professional always pleasant and do a fabulous job. They are a tad pricey, but I guess you "get what you pay for". I have used them 3 or 4 times to clean area rugs.

Two workers arrived (Jose and Javier) and walked through the entire house and measured all areas to be cleaned, gave an estimate and began work after we accepted the price. Don't forget, this company charges only for the actual area in the rooms to be cleaned, not the size of the entire room since we didn't want some of the furniture to be moved (e.g. beds and dressers). This is fair. It took them two hours just as they estimated. After finishing the carpets, they unrolled a sheet of thick paper so we can walk through the rooms without any problems. Other companies we used didn't do this. The entire carpet took about 20 hours to dry thoroughly. The seat cushion was really clean and we were happy with the results. I can see why Bobcat has so many high ratings. They deserve them.

I did not use Bobcat because the price was too high for me, even with the Angie's list discount.

Their work is exceptional. They can deal with about any job. They just do a great job, and they are the best!

They were very prompt, courteous. Got all of the spots out of the carpet. They answered the few questions that I had clearly.

They picked it up and delivered it when they said that they would. It was great service. They did a good job of cleaning the carpet. This was the first time that I had used them, and I would use them again.

The guys were very professional and were able to concentrate on really soiled spots that I pointed out to them. They were also careful to put corner guards along the stairs. They also put Styrofoam and/or plastic protectors under the furniture after the carpet was cleaned. In fact, I had no one to help me remove the Styrofoam blocks under my piano, and they came back on a Saturday morning to do this for me!

Fantastic. The tenant who had moved out had hired another company to "steam clean" the carpet. That first company charged twice as much as Bobcat, and left stains behind. Bobcat removed the stains really cleaned the carpet. Both the two-year old white carpet and the four-year-old berber carpet looked almost as good as new.
