Description of Work: I sent an email to this company regarding a problem with an area rug. I heard back from Monica and James via email. James advised me that the information I had received from a rug expert I spoke with earlier, was correct, and that it would not be feasible to repair the rug. He also warned me that the rug might start emitting unhealthy gases if the problem got worse. I appreciate the prompt response and the information I received from him.

Description of Work: They came exactly when they said they would, did a good job on a very dirty white carpet (as a tip - what a mistake to buy a white carpet!!). Removed most of the stains - there were many - and it looks much much better.

Description of Work: We dropped off our 5 x 7 shag rug that had been urinated on by our new puppy. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We were told they hand wash and hang dry all the rugs. They called us 3 days later to tell us it was ready, and we picked it up with no problems. They did a great job! The rug looks like new again.

Description of Work: BOBCAT is the best carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning company in Los Angeles, HANDS DOWN! I used bobcat for the first time last week after reading the reviews on angie's list and they were excellent. I had deep stains in my berber carpet which included both dirt and pet stains. I was certain it would not come out. The work they did made the carpet look like new and did not leave a toxic odor. They were on time and pleasant in every way. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than the fly by night carpet cleaners I have used in the past but I would never consider using anyone else again as the extra cost was absolutely worth it.
