The plumber arrived at the appointed time. Discovered the blockage was in the pipe outside of the house. Fixed it perfectly. The price was very fair. I have used them before and will again.

Rather than go to the expense of drilling through the concrete wall, when the two-man crew arrived on Monday, they ran a length of pipe around the outside of the wall, turned it 90 degrees to the other side of the wall, and then extended the pipe to the broken pipe under the house. They then cut the broken pipe and connected the new pipe to it. They completed this in less than a day, and they did not charge me an overtime fee for their time on Saturday

First of all I want to say that I do not remember the exact date or price, but Angie's list will not accept r e port report without them. I can say it was a lot to not get anything repaired. Repairman came to the house to repair a leaky faucet for which faucet company had supplied spare parts under a lifetime warrantee. I ordered the parts he had told me to get. He worked for about an hour then told me it couldn't be repaired because company had sent the wrong part. I then asked him to talk to the company representative as he could explain the problem better, but he told me he didn't have time. On his second visit, when the new parts had arrived, he told me the parts were still not the correct ones. Because this particular faucet model was no longer being manufactured, he said he would check with his boss about finding the needed part. I never heard back. Eventually another plumber was at the house and looked at the faucet and the spare parts, quite a few now, that the company had sent. He worked for a good half hour, used none on the spare parts except a small rubber O ring, greased and readjusted the faucet, and now it no longer leaks.

All workers were terrific and work could not have been better, they were pleasant to have around and I found not one thing to complain about........All in all, excellent and I would certainly recommend "Bill West" and I will use them any time plumbing is needed......Couldn't have been happier.

I spent $1700 on that work. The job went well overall. We contacted them for subsequent work but they have not returned our calls. They were a little pricey. They did a good job. We had this problem re-occurring multiple times and they charged us every time they came out before finally finding what the problem was and fixing it. We would use them only for a big project and not for small ones.

I had a water pipe spring a leak underneath my brick slab in my backyard. Roger and his assistant came by on time and jack-hammered out the bricks (saving most of them ) and made the repair. This was no easy job as there were two concerte slabs beneath the bricks that had to be removed to access the broken pipe. Both men were completely professional. I am very happy with their work.

Excellent. These plumbers are totally trustworthy, very responsive, clean and personable, work quickly and well. I have used them for many plumbing jobs and will use them again. They are very honest and really know what they are doing.

Ned was the point man on the plumbing component of a major remodel. He came in after his bid was lower than the plumber my contractor had suggested. He and his crew were extremely prompt, professional, and communicative. Ned would even stop by the house on his way to other jobs during the course of construction, to check on progress and estimate when he would be able to install final fixtures.

Waited for an estimate to replace water heater storage tank about week and never got it .

It worked out well. It's not leaking anymore. He went out and got a part and it solved the problem. They had two different people come out and they were all pleasant.

Last night, the plumbing in the whole house backed up, filling showers and tubs with water. I called Bill West Plumbing at 8:30 this morning, they were at my house by 9:00. The plumber gave the option of removing a toilet to snake the pipe or install a cleanout. I opted for the latter option. After a little over four hour hours of work, he completed, and had him look at a broken toilet. He had that fixed within 10 minutes. We were charged $650 for the cleanout and $75 to repair the toilet. I am very pleased with every aspect of the transaction from the speed at which someone arrived at my house, to the level of detail of information I received about the problem, to the prompt resolution. Will definitely call them again next time I have an issue.

Two men from Bill West Plumbing came to install a new toilet in our guest bathroom. We had a new tile floor installed and decided to replace the toilet at the completion of the tile work. They arrived on time and had all the parts for the new toilet with them. It was installed quickly and professionally. They removed the old toilet. We are very satisfied with the work and will use Bill West Plumbing again.

Their service was great and we were impressed with them, however their price range was not what we wanted. We will consider using them for regular plumbing needs in the future.

I call'em,got an estimate and they did it right.--also, the technician for the drain gave us a couple of hints how to keep the drains clear so I won't have the problem again--very pleased with them

Max arrived with 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. He examined the job and gave us an estimate of one hour or less plus parts. He finished the job in 35 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after his work and offered us the old parts.

They amazingly were able to tunnel under all of our plants and the patio. they finished a day early and when they left you could hardly tell that they had just dug a long trench through my back yard.

Clean, fast, and efficent. I did not get other estimates, but his price seemed fair.

I was very happy with the results. They were superb. Whatever the problem was I thought I was going to get charged a lot because I do not have a lot of faith in plumbers. They had it done in a half hour, were very professional and neatly dressed.

This was a straightforward job, and it went very smoothly. But that is a marked contract from the big-name "Rooter" companies I'd used in the past. They always try to push putting the video camera through the line at hundreds more, and last time the guy (after quickly eyeballing the lawn) opined that the underground pipe needed to be replaced, and the driveway torn up, at a cost of thousands of dollars. Of course the line doesn't go under the driveway, and it was replaced 10 years ago anyway. But these guys, of course, did none of that. They came, did the job that was needed and no more, at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again, because the big tree out front will continue to grow roots that block the sewer line. I joined Angies List specifically for this job, and it has already paid for itself.

I have used them for many years. They always do first rate work. They come out on time and do a very good job. They have had the same employees for many years. It is a good sized company. Their prices are not higher than anybody else and I would not call anybody else. They are good.

I needed an old pressure toilet replaced. Jimbo replaced it with a Toto gravity toilet. He gave me a flat rate quote for toilet and installation of $450. He called and another Bill West truck brought the new toilet quickly. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I'm very happy with everything. Bill West Plumbing is my new favorite plumber.

He was quick, honest, and overall it was a good experience.
