The plumber came, examined under the house and the bathrooms and changed the 'stopped'? in various toilets. He thought these were leaking and that was the cause of the problem. We had known that we had intermittent leaking, so concluded that this was reasonable. The work was quick and efficient.

Good work, efficient. A little pricey. $170 was labor cost for 1 hour of work.

It went very well. Ned from Bill West was thoughtfull, considerate, concerned about cost to customer, thinks outside the box in regards to solututions. Very thorough in explanation of work to be completed and why. I would recommend Bill West to any and all friends in need of plumbing support. They were GREAT!!

When the representative came to access the job, he was very thorough in analyzing what needed to be done, including even getting under the house as part of the assessment. He made recommendations for adding external clean outs, which I hadn't thought of, but was a very good idea. In a way this was engineered better than I would have thought to do it myself. They actually showed up early because he had a cancellation of another job and the workers he had were very conscientious in maintaining the job as neat as possible. They put a tarp over the grass to protect it, and then put dirt on the tarp. They found additional problems and recommended ways to fix it and I accepted. They did a great job. These guys were professional, with no hassles.

I used these plumbers ALL the time, but this was the biggest job. As always, prompt, professional and honest. You can call these guys in the morning and they are there the same day.

Overall it was OK, however, I was slightly frustrated that it wasn't fixed the first time. They were prompt in getting back to me and in coming out to fix it the first time. The technician had warned me that he might not be able to repair it and that I should consider replacing it altogether because it was a Mansfield, that tends to break. I asked him to try to repair it and he said he would and did. He said he had repaired it. Around the next day, when I noticed it continually flushing, I realized it wouldn't work properly. After several days, I spoke with the office and the technician, it was clear that they would charge me the 1st $90 service call, plus $345 to install a new toilet. After some negotiation, they agreed to discount the cost $40. They came that day and did the installation. The new toilet is now working fine. If I had known the fix would not work immediately, of course I would have gone for the new toilet, but they maintained that the technician had warned me.

NED WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THE WORK HE WAS DOING. THIS IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE I WILL HAVE TO DO WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.

We have used Bill West Plumbing several times and always find them professional, prompt, friendly and priced reasonably.

I'D SAY THAT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. I USED TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME, UNTIL I FOUND A NEW PLUMBER THAT WAS MORE CONVENIENT. THEY SUGGESTED THAT I REDO ALL THE PLUMBING IN MY HOUSE AND THAT KIND OF ANNOYED ME, SINCE IT SEEMED LIKE A REALLY BIG, UNNECESSARY JOB. BUT I GUESS IF YOU CAN HOLD YOUR OWN WITH A PLUMBER, YOU'RE DOING ALRIGHT.

THEY ARE FINE. WE USE THEM BECAUSE THEY GO BY THE HOUR, NOT BY THE JOB. THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR. THEY ARE FAMILIAR AND CONSISTENT IN THEIR WORK. THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR SO YOU HAVE A MORE REASONABLE WAY OF ESTIMATING HOW MUCH YOUR THING WOULD COST.

WE LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CHARGE US BY THE HOUR AND NOT BY THE JOB. MOREOVER, IF WE GET THE PARTS OURSELVES (A HUGE SAVINGS), THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM INSTALLING AND SERVICING OUR EQUIPMENT. THE PLUMBERS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PERFORM THEIR TASKS IN A QUICK MANNER.
